When we called and ask why they haven't stop charging us for a spot since we canceled two months ago, they basically said she probably made a mistake. My…read moreboyfriends truck overheats sometimes due to cooling issues in the motor and we had just gotten taco bell (right next to this place) and it started messing up so we had to pull into the parking lot and open the hood. We only sat there for a few minutes but in those few minutes a man that worked there came out and asked if he could help in any way and offered his assistance very kindly. We thought he was going to tell us to leave his parking lot but he didn't. A couple minutes later another man came out and offered to help or buy us coolant to help. With all that being said, it was a stressful situation and they made us feel safe and not hopeless. If you need a storage service, use these people.
