Thinking of replacing the dress, I tried on a few other dresses, and was told there was "no way" I could be the smaller size I mentioned, even though the larger dresses were all way too big on me. Overall, the service was unprofessional and unnecessarily rude. I left feeling disappointed and disrespected--definitely not the experience you'd expect when buying something special.
