Been going here for over 20 years. We'll new management and the place is declining. Each time I have gone this year there have been issues. The tipping point was when I was told I was lucky my car didn't lock up on me even though I have brought my car in more than once to them this year and they never mentioned the very bad axel issue before evevnthough I was told they never seen it that bad before. My 87 year old Mother went there in November. It is now under new ownership. The NEW company tried to sell her a Front Left & Right strut on top of the tires she needed. Since she does not drive far, just to Church and the grocery store, she was shocked at the $1244.00 estimated bill! She knows a friend in this business which is several miles away. So, I went with her on another day to have a trusted mechanic look At her car which has under 30,000 miles on it. And, lo and behold, she did NOT need struts!!!! So, be cautious, get 2nd opinions. Car fixed as should be, nothing better than usual. My car still shakes even after they "fixed" it. However, the service sucks. I have been here about 2-3 times already since I live nearby, and every single time one of the workers have an attitude with me or snarky sarcasm. It's unnecessary. Coming in as a normal person, nothing negative to say, etc. It can be extremely irritating to have these people give you attitude, especially in the mornings (way to ruin a day). Specifically the old men, who are probably the managers and should know better how to talk to people (who also take a thousand smoke breaks). If you are a young or just a woman in general, watch out for this place if you don't want to feel stressed out when asking a SIMPLE question. They also take extremely long so get ready to WAIT, it's better to set an appointment. Other than that, it's mid- but goodyear is more expensive than many car shops, so just find another one. read more

Woke up in the morning to nails in the back of my tires. Called up the store and got Alex, and showed up about five minutes later. They took me in immediately, and even though they had a lot of customers, the mechanic took my car to the side and decided to look at my tires on spot in the hot Florida sun. He the took both tires off, investigated them and found that there was no damage from the screws and that just the heads were in the tread. Very honest, they could've tried to sell me tires, but they just wanted to get me on my way. I will be back 100%. read more

I was a loyal customer since I live in Boynton. After the recent new management owner. I am very disappointed and will not recommend this place to anyone else. I came to have the front of the truck checked. They said I needed shocks and upper control arms. I replaced both of those. The problems with the vehicle didn't improve. "20 miles" later I took to another shop they put it on a lift and showed me instantly that the differential had a wide open crack. I find it unacceptable to change a complete front in but don't tell the customer that the differential was cracked 25-29 inches and the oil pain and rear differential was leaking. I brought my car in to check my tires on a Saturday morning. I had a trip to Orlando planned later that day and was worried I'd have to postpone my trip. I expected the work to take days or a week at minimum. I dropped it off, grabbed breakfast across the street and within 30 minutes they called and said it was repaired and ready. $33! This place is an absolute nightmare and I would strongly discourage bringing your vehicle here for repairs. They had my vehicle for three full days and never fixed my car. They never proactively contacted me, not once. The only reason I brought my car here in the first place was because a year ago, my regular mechanic was out of town and his garage recommended these guys. They fixed a brake light censor that cost me nearly $600 after they misdiagnosed the problem twice and then tried to explain the "trouble-shooting tree" to me like I was an infant. Anyway, flash forward a year and the same exact problem occurs. I bring it back to them, they stall me for three days and finally tell me the car would be ready by the end of the day (on Day 3). I took an Uber to the garage at 4:00 p.m. and my vehicle was still parked in the parking lot. Once they realized why I was there, they rushed the car onto a lift and at 5:15 - after closing time - they told me the part didn't come in and they wouldn't be fixing my car that day after having it for over 72 hours and telling me It would be ready that day. They never called to tell me this, I had to show up. They honestly would have never called me. I need my vehicle for work and they know this. They never said - not once - that it was going to take 4 - 5 days to repair the vehicle. They never called me with updates and they lied to me by telling me the car would be ready when it wasn't. Again, DO NOT BRING YOUR VEHICLE HERE. They will lie to you, they will stall you and nobody there seems to have any idea what is going on. I have seen more professionalism at a circus. Whatever you do, do not come here for an oil change. They do great work with tires and brakes but oil changes take a back seat. I dropped my car off at 11:30,called at 2:30 for update. I was told it would be ready by 3pm . I show up at 4:10 and the car is on the lift ! I'm told it would be another 10 minutes. As I type, I've been waiting 50 minutes. Add insult to Injury, I requested Mobil 1 oil. They put it some brand called TopTec. This has been total disaster . read more

Until today I would have easily given this place 3 stars for automotive and an extra star for the shop cat, but after today I will never be back. If you don't like dealing with customers or answering the phone, you should probably get a different job. Been coming here for one year now, all 3 of my cars have been serviced here. Last night my battery died so I had the car towed to the shop. At 7:30am my husband called and asked if the car could be done by 10am because I had to go to work today. They said if he brought the keys asap we had a shot, so he did. I called an hour later and it still hadn't been looked at. The man on the phone said it was being looked at in the next ten minutes, so 20 minutes later I called back and was told by the same man that I had called 4 times in the last 20 minutes, despite that not being true. I explained I had to get to work, he informed me that that wasn't his problem and hung up on me. Then I had to call back three more times...finally a different man answered and said the battery was being changed and I explained to him the way I had just been mishandled and that no oil change was necessary I would simply drive the extra 15 minutes from this point forward to the dealership. When we went into pick up the car, the man who hung up on me was at the counter, with the other man who took my last call. I then showed them both my call log, in order to prove I had not called 4 times in 20 minutes and the rude man literally got up and walked out. I said clearly you don't own the place. Then the owner came in to a blind situation and attempted to come to the defense of his misguided employee. After learning the truth, he attempted to save a situation, he too mishandled. 3 cars that were regulars...gone. The saving grace was the second man, who has always treated me nicely. And as I mentioned before, kit kat; the sweetest shop cat. The cat I will miss. I can't say that they do poor work, because I've never had a problem with that. I can say that my daughter who is a teenager brought her car in for an oil change at 1500 miles because she isn't the brightest and they did the oil change without notifying us the car didn't need it. But I blame my daughter, not them. I was a loyal customer, I would have gone to them indefinitely. Just an FYI this has nothing to do with whether the car could be done by 10am. If it wasn't going to make the time cut I needed communication in order to make arrangements to get myself to work on time. And no one wanted to provide me with that. I always find it strange when a 55+ year old man resorts to acting like an infant. And maybe he was having a rough day; but his poor treatment of me brought me to tears. I will never go to this place again, no matter how badly I want to see the cat. And the owner should really decide if he wants customers or an ornery child working in customer service at his place of business. read more

I am extremely unhappy with this place I went to get an oil changed and tires balanced, the owner told me that my tires were garbage, and made in China. Mind you I bought 4 tires within the last 2 months. He showed me that one of my tires were worn on the inside. I bought a new tire, he then asked me while he was working on it if I told my husband what was going on, I said that he told me that you are there to sell tires. So that evening me and my husband looked up the reviews on the tires in which he called "garbage", there were over 2,000 reviews at a 4.8 out of 5 stars. It is very sad being a woman and feeling like you were taken advantage of but I guess maybe I should have been a little more prepared with knowledge. read more

I had a great experience here! I ordered tires for my car online and had them sent here to be installed. On the online order, I made an appointment for the installation but the day before the appointment the owner called and let me know that they don't actually take appointments. When I got to the shop they said that it would be about a 4 hour wait (it was a Saturday) but the owner came out and said he would take care of me. Great customer service! I docked a star because it would really be ideal to set appointments, especially since my schedule is so busy. Overall the whole process took 40 minutes! read more

I will not return here! What a bad experience. The owner was extremely rude and not helpful AT ALL. I went this morning as I had a flat tire in my work van and needed it fixed so I could start my full day of work. This was the nearest place. They told me I was next and an hour later I was still waiting there. I understand first come, first serve, but when people are dropping their cars off for the day and not planning to return until lunch or the end of the day, I think it would be ok for them to fix my at tire before starting on the larger jobs for people who aren't even waiting in person, like I was. This place doesn't even deserve 1 star. I've been getting my oil changed here for about a year just because it is convenient to where I live. They don't take appointments so even when you get there first thing in the morning you still have to wait 2 hours for a simple fix to be done. The last two times I've gotten my oil changed the engine light came on the next day. The first time I took it back and they got mad at me for blaming them that it was their fault. So the second time I took my car to another mechanic and it happens that they didn't cap off the oil the right way and it was leaking out of my car.....causing my engine to seize while driving. A car without oil is one of the worst things you can do to its engine. DO NOT GO HERE. Plus it's full of smelly old people and the old guy that works here talks like Herbert the pervert. read more

I've been using Easy Pay on and off for the past 15 years. Up until now I've never had a bad experience, but it only takes one. There've had staff changes in the past few years and service is not what it use to be. I stopped in there on a Wednesday afternoon to let them know I needed a tire and an oil change and I would bring the car in on Thursday around 10am to get the work done. I told them I live close so I'm walking home and I'll be back later before closing like I have done before. I recieved no calls from them that day, which I figure is a good thing. At 4:30 I start walking to pick up my car and to my surprise the garage is closed early. No changed hours on the door, no changed hours on their web site. I needed my car that night,I needed the cart early the next morning. They had no good excuse why I wasn't called the next day, no apology that no work was done to my car for almost 24 hours it was in their possession. NEVER AGAIN! read more

I took my truck to this place to repair because it did not have spark and they changed it but I am very unsatisfied with the work because it is not working properly; it also took 2 days to have it done, and I found people at the front desk rude. I wonder if they were the right people to work on the damage my truck had or this place is just for tires. If that is the case, then they lied to me and should have told that they do not do it instead.
