Lost my daughters key fob, won't admit to it. They all keep changing the story. First they never received a key and when we show them paperwork signed by an employee saying they received a key. Then it all starts coming back to her and she mailed it certified mail. She put it in an envelope with the title. Her keyfob wouldn't fit In a regular envelope. Then it was put in a yellow envelope. One of them gave me a fake certified mail tracking number. The dates they say they mailed it on and the date on the certified mail receipt don't match. This is a $700 key fob and I won't quit until they replace it! read more
