She has gained so much confidence in one week, I was comfortable with her driving home after the last class, and now I am ready to ride passenger for the remaining practice hours this summer. 1 star If I could…read moregive Fenwick's Driving School and the owners a zero, I would. My experience was extremely frustrating and disappointing. The communication was very poor. During a phone call with me, the instructor was involved in a car accident while he was on the phone. I had already told him I was willing to reschedule, but the entire situation was very concerning. I was also very clear about the days, times, and locations I needed for my lessons. Instead of working with me or communicating clearly, I felt like I was repeatedly given excuses. The biggest issue was the refund. After everything that happened, I requested my money back, but they refused to give me a refund. I felt that the way the situation was handled was extremely inconsiderate and unprofessional. When someone pays for driving lessons, they should be able to expect basic communication, reliability, professionalism, and respect. Unfortunately, that was not my experience. I would personally not use this driving school again, and I would encourage anyone considering them to make sure they fully understand the cancellation and refund policies before paying. I joined this course around march 1st and finished the 30 hour course and then it was time to start the driving lesson. I called their number to schedule an appointment, first of all the person who was talking with me on the phone was super rude and unprofessional. After I finally got him to talk to with me about scheduling driving practice I was told to wait 2 months and honestly I was surprised but Long Story Short I waited for 2 months then on may I called because it was time for the appointment. When I called the representative said that I have to wait 1 more month even though I had already scheduled driving practice with them. I didn't wait anymore and took my classes somewhere else. If you want to run a business you need to be respectful & patient to your clients because they are your money makers and when students want to join the course please let them know in the beginning about how long it will take to do the driving classes part.

After that I took the road test and passed it in the first attempt. My experience with the driving instructor has been fantastic. Especially, considering the fact that I never drove a car before. Ms. Rani Nathan, my driving instructor taught me well the procedures of operating the car and driving in different conditions and prepared me well for the test. She is supportive, patient and has excellent knowledge about all MVA rules and policies which helped me take the test with confidence. The classroom sessions prepared me well for the challenge of driving on the road and the driving lessons got me up to speed so that I can now drive with more confidence. Also, the driving school conducts the Behind the Wheel sessions within a month of the 30 hr driver education program which helps to complete the program quickly.
