What mattered most is that Racine answered my call promptly. I had given him very short notice. It was a Friday and I needed the chairs for Sunday. He was able to help me out. He was pleasant and professional. I only needed a few chairs. What was really nice is that Racine allowed me to pick up the chairs and return them. These were the fan back folding chairs. They were in good condition and were good quality chairs. I had contacted another company twice and they never responded. So, when Racine answered the phone and said yes and walked me through what to do, I really appreciated it. I returned the chairs on Monday in the same good quality. I highly recommend Diamond Events Rentals. I will use them again and will tell all my friends about them.

I wish there was a way I could rate this business a negative 10! Highly unprofessional and…read moreunethical with their ways to conduct business...so we booked a moonwalk for our sons 2nd birthday and he was good to quote us on time and we happily assumed we could trust him with that. That was our first mistake...the day of the party he was supposed come in at 3 pm and install the equipments by 5pm. The forecast did say light drizzle and overcast and this was not a surprise as the whole week had been like this so if you were to book someone and commit for something please make sure you let us know that you won't deliver in cloudy/wet weather! It did rain around 3pm but was bright and sunny by 3:30 PM and he messaged (not even a call!) At 2 pm that he won't come due to heavy rains in HIS area......we tried calling him/texting him trying everything possible to save the day as you can imagine our plight being told last minute with just 3 hours left before the party! He wouldn't answer our calls or messages..we even sent him pics of our backyard showing how dry the place was and there no luck with anything...I am so dissapointed...thanks to pedrazas rental(I think he should probably shut his so called business and resort to somethibg else) my sons 2nd birthday was ruined! This is a total scam!
