What mattered most is that Racine answered my call promptly. I had given him very short notice. It was a Friday and I needed the chairs for Sunday. He was able to help me out. He was pleasant and professional. I only needed a few chairs. What was really nice is that Racine allowed me to pick up the chairs and return them. These were the fan back folding chairs. They were in good condition and were good quality chairs. I had contacted another company twice and they never responded. So, when Racine answered the phone and said yes and walked me through what to do, I really appreciated it. I returned the chairs on Monday in the same good quality. I highly recommend Diamond Events Rentals. I will use them again and will tell all my friends about them.

That was our first mistake...the day of the party he was supposed come in at 3 pm and install the equipments by 5pm. The forecast did say light drizzle and overcast and this was not a surprise as the whole week had been like this so if you were to book someone and commit for something please make sure you let us know that you won't deliver in cloudy/wet weather! What's more, they were flexible! Instead of getting a love seat in my package, they allowed me to get extra chairs, where more rigid companies would have charged us for the full package with the loveseat PLUS the extra chairs.
