Worst decision ever to come here. Literally came to wash our car off. Well that was a $15 mistake. 3 minutes to pressure wash it with no soap just water and they charged me $15. Attendant was not wearing a mask. I put mine on as I was approaching him in the car so I can safely tell him my car wash selection and provide payment. Granted it is loud in the there and I was wearing a mask, so when I said what car wash I wanted the first time he didn't hear me and leaned all the way into the window for me to repeat it. Social Distancing?! NONE!!! Mask?! NONE!!! Would be nice for the business to find some ways to protect safety of people and find creative ways to confirm car wash choice. Used to go to the wash in Sherwood by the chevron but since they've shutdown their bays for what I assume would be for winter I decided to check this self service out. I've got a modified car that won't go through the normal automatic wash portion and was pleased to find a wonderful self service bay, that and the foam gun is really neat. Everytime I show up it's clean and the soap functions. All I ask. If I could say to improve one thing I'd add a tap to pay feature instead of a swipe but that's about it! Thanks y'all read more

This place is NOT good at all do not use your credit card here they were overcharged! The hose was broken and I couldn't use the machine because of it. Was charged the full amount even though I stopped the machine! Then used another one and used it for 3 minutes and again was charged $15!! Not as advertised!! Don't use card! And the gas station won't help yo of their machines break!! And customer service is horrible!! I tried reaching out to them and they won't respond! Never again!! read more

Went there Friday afternoon after work to fill up and wash my truck. Waited for the wash bay to open as 2 of the 3 bays were in use. There was a cone in front of the 3rd. Mine opened up and I pulled in, made change and out in about $10 worth of quarters. Machine sprayed water for 2 seconds and shut off. I couldn't get it to work so I looked for an employee. I saw one person yelling at a customer so I figured that was the employee. He was actually yelling at customer for using the wash bay I was in. It was fair to day the employee was being a dick. I walked over to him and asked if I could speak with him and he walked away. I followed him and told him the wash bay wasn't working and he says, "no shit"! Well I replied no shit, it isn't working. And he walked away. I asked if he can refund my money and use another bay and he yells at me, "what do you want me to do?". Well, johnny tweaker, I want my money so I can wash my truck. He then goes back to yelling at previous customer, won't talk to me, I ask nicely if someone else is working that can help and he says too bad. Stellar customer service!! He then is on his phone while arguing with the customer and he's telling someone on the phone the customer's description and vehicle type and license plate. I ask him I'd he going to help us out and he says no, just leave. Okay, so I approach him again, because my $10 and I ask him for a refund. He says I don't have your money and walks away from me. I catch up to him and he is still on the phone. He's then describing me and reading off my license plate and truck description. He then tells me he's called the cops on me and they're on their way. I tell him make sure you call an ambulance because you're going to need one. He's agitated at this point that I haven't left. I told him we can talk to the police together. After waiting for 15 minutes I left. He locked himself inside the office and the police aren't showing. So needless to say, this place is a joke. Do not go there. Make sure you read the options. The $9 "basic wash" no longer blow dries your vehicle. You have to upgrade to the $13 & up washes. I would have been better off using the self service to spray it down with water for $3. read more

I used the self wash bay and I can say that the prices shown on the machine and what they actually charge to your card are completely different. Should have been $6 but $15 was charged to my card. Spent $11 for the auto wash with a dry vs $8 without instead of entering a bay for self service. No brushes used for the wash and entire wash took about five minutes. There were two more options that cost $13 and $15 respectively. Hopefully the spot rinse actually works since the $3 blow dry was just laughable and blew the water around my car instead of off. Save yourself time and visit the car wash I'm the chevron parking lot next door. They max out at $12 for deluxe and have an option for $6. read more

Tried to use the auto vacuum service. Input my debit card and there was absolutely no suction. I hut it down immediately when I realized there was no suction and still got charged $10 on my debit card. There was no attendant to speak with which was very frustrating. This used to be my go-to carwash, but the past two times have left my car not looking very clean and they increased the prices. It used to be $6 for a quick wash that included the under panel wash as you drove in. The price is now $8 with no under panel wash. Also, the "spot free" rinse left spots all over my black car. It looked horrible and I paid more! read more

I used a $5 dollar bill in the change machine and it worked fine. My car wash was ok too. My complaint is the vending machine for towels was empty but still took your money! When you call the phone number you get a message saying they are not taking calls at this time. Great customer service... NOT! read more
