i have been there as its pretty close to my place. first of all we should stop calling that place as lounge. Its not a lounge its just some place with way too much colorful lights which are so bright that it hurts your eyes. they have just kept some sofas and tables(which are not enough so you end up sharing it with someone) and just floor is so cold. and the hukkah and flours are not really great i and my husband started getting a headache after that sheehsa. so wont recommend this read more

Nice staff but the place leaves a lot to be desired. It's fine that they charge for a $5 membership. However, the place ain't that clean or inviting. Came in here last night as I didn't want to drive to Seattle for hookah. I wasn't aware that they even had hookah on the Eastside. Workers are very nice, hookahs came out quick, cleaner than most hookahs. A bit on the smaller side but leather couches are comfy. Bathrooms are clean, music selection isn't bad. Like most places, memberships is fee is 5 dollars and hookah prices are average. Located in the back of a strip mall, parking is pretty easy. read more

Honestly, I did not want to do this. But this has to be done. Its a 2 stars for me because of the following. Pros: good atmosphere - Its a chill place to relax with your friends and or be by your lonesome. Price - Arguably, Eastside has the best deals in Washington State when it comes to hookah (via combo deal) paying 25$ for hookah, 1 drink, and refill (different flavor hookah). Availability - Eastside is the only hookah bar open during COVID-19. Which is awesome. Smoking options - I dont have anything bad to say about the hookah itself. You can also bring your own fruit and flavors and they will hook it up to use as a bowl. That is fantastic! Coal/refill service - Coal and refill service is decent. If you need coals or a refill, you can just ask them and they will hook it up for you. CONS: Points/Reward system - The points and reward system is very inconsistant. Usually I go to this place I would type in my number and buy a combo in which usually get 25 points for. However, somedays I dont recieve any points. I ask the owner and employees many of times if they can recoop my points and I receive mixed responses. For instance, i asked an employee if i can recoop my points from the last few times i didnt get them. The employee would only give me 8 points per session? How would i only get 8 points per session if i paid for a combo every time? Funny thing was, after gave me 8 points per session, 25 points automatically were given by the machine after payment. (About time machine.) Another time I ask another employee to recoop my points, the employee said that he does not know how to add or subtract points and I get referred to the owner. How do you not know how to add and or subtract points when you work here? I tell the owner whats going on, he said he would recoop me on points, he did not do it. I have been to most hookah bar spots here in washington state and never had problems with the points and reward system until now. I spent my hard earned dollars here and points need to be given. Therefore, There needs to be a set point system and or points need to be added on at the point of sale. Customer service - few days ago, I had some issues with recoopment of points and a vape tank being broken of mine. Last friday, I was smoking on the hookah as usual. One of the employees was cleaning up the area. What he did was move the table where I had my vape and the vape fell with the tank glass breaking. The employee told me that he can replace my tank. He gave me his phone and i pretty much typed in what kind of tank it was. (Falcon King Tank which was 30-40$) I didnt get a response from the employee. I come the next day, i spoke with the owner about recooping me for my vape tank. He states " I dont know about that.. but i can find a vape shop to replace it." So I said ok. We exchanged info, i texted and called him. No reply about the tank. I take people on their word, I expect people to keep their word. Period. Cleaning - During COVID times, this needs to be #1 top priority!! There have been too many times when I come to this place when they are just opening and I see the trash cans in the establishment full. And sometimes there are empty water bottles on the restrooms floor. This tells me that cleaning is not regular there. This needs to be #1 top priority! Overall, customer service is a must! I come and pay my hard earned dollars for your service and should be recipricated accordingly. There should be no beating around the bush when it comes to points and or recoopment. If there is a problem, it should be fixed right then and there. read more

This was the most unwelcoming experience I've ever experienced. I visited this lounge; and wanted to buy a membership and hookah for my group and I, and the person that checked us in was showing signs of being high and was very incompetent. When we were finally given the "ok" to come into this "private club" after signing up and paying money for the hookah; we were never checked on once. Yet random people were helping themselves to multiple drinks and hookah supplies, while the person that checked us in was sitting with a party smoking hookah and eating cake with people and was very negligent of any guest that weren't deemed as regulars. This was the most unwelcoming and unprofessional hookah experience, especially as a paying customer. read more

went here due to such high marks on yelp, and friends from out of town met me here as well. when we went there the staff / greeter was talking to her friend and left to go to the back without even acknowledging us being there. They where having issues with something inside so they had the light on. It sure as hell looked like someones basement. I usually don't post bad reviews, but how in the hell does this place have 4.5 stars as an average is insane!!!! sorry but we were waiting patiently and finally when the girl came back she still was chatting with her friend. Ok so first time here came to visit from LA service is shit take for ever for them to bring your hookah and they NEVER acknowledged us or gave us new coals so we just left they went to every single person but us if your new or visiting DONT COME HERE ITS CRAP and we purchased a combo clearly them seeing we aren't from here and combo comes with a drink and they didn't even give us our drink so not worth the drive so definitely not your money read more

Service was awful. No one was at the front, it took well over 15 minutes for just our hookah to come out, and then another five for the coals. However, other groups had their hookahs ready within the first ten minutes of being there. Completely unprofessional environment, with employees going in and out constantly and the previously mentioned absence of a front desk person. Two of us also weren't asked for ID, a curious business practice. All in all, this is my last resort for a hookah lounge, if you can find a better one, definitely go elsewhere. read more

Particularly the girl's bathroom, I walked in last night & * The floor was muddy * Toilet seat cover was down (which I reluctantly lifted) only to find it very clogged, unflushed (full of shit), with surfaces covered in dust, hair and other miscellaneous unmentionables I walked out the lounge without getting my refill cause I desperately had to go to the bathroom. Recently moved from California, I was on mission to find a place to fill my hookah needs. Went to multiple locations all over seattle, but they were all sub par. I ended up stumbling upon this lounge one day, all I can is WOW. The shisha taste amazing, by far the best I've had. I do recommend getting the combo deal, well worth the money. Recommend the fruity pebbles mix. The atmosphere is very laid back, great staff who are friendly and take care of all your hookah needs. Will definitely be coming back here more often. Other places need to take some pointers from them, because they are definitely doing it right. read more

They do take a while to bring it out or bring you coals, every time I get a refill I have to remind them because they actually forget which delays me getting my refill even more .
