I called the number on the ticket a few times starting at 4:30 pm and no one answered. I then went to the store and asked the man who appears to be the owner if I was calling the right number. He didn't respond at all so I asked again still with no response. I gave him the ticket and when he handed me the pants I told him I wanted to try them on. He again didn't say anything but had a surprised look on his face. When I tried on the pants I noticed one leg was slightly shorter than the other so I said something and he finally said something which was you don't want to make too long or it will bunch up. I again said that one leg is shorter than the other and once again no response. After taking off the pants he laid the pants on the counter to try to show me they were the same lengths but one was slightly shorter (less so when they were on but still slightly off). I guess I lean slightly which is why when on they were off more but he as the tailor should've known to measure both sides. To top it off he charged me $16 which my wife said is on the high side. Anyway, I won't be back there. Rather give my business to someone who cares to give good customer service and can deliver a good product.

I chatted with the neighboring businesses on my visits over the past few days, and they said Blue Ribbon does this all the time and people constantly complain to them.
