For the most part this is a one stop shop for medical care. In many cases you can go to your family…read moredoctor or specialist, get blood work and other tests or procedures all in the same building. I have been with this group for decades and really enjoy the convenience of it all. Most of the doctors, but not all, are good. Just have to be choosy like you would going anywhere else.

It's been a while since I Yelped as I've been ill…read more First, it's no secret that I've been experiencing lumbar, spine, and hip pain for a while now. I had surgery in December of 2021 and have dealt with many problems since. From painful hip joints and sprained ankles to severe pain and falls - one fall landed me in the ER where I was diagnosed with a concussion - It's been a long journey, to say the least. I was seen by some very awesome doctors, nurse practitioners and staff at Duly Health and Care and am deeply grateful for their care. Where do I begin? My first visit was with Rehana Renaud. When I first saw her, I could not walk on my own and used a wheel chair. She ordered a walker for me, a series or MRIs and referred me to a hip specialist. Rehana is the epitome of a compassionate and knowledgable professional. She listened, took notes, and immediately embarked on a journey to heal me. From there I saw a hip specialist who determined that the problem was in my spinal cord. It was from there that I saw Dr. Michael Conti Mica. He reviewed my MRIs and ordered more plus a CT scan of my noggin and sent me to Dr. Fetger for a hip injection. Ahhh, I finally have relief from some of the hip pain! Both doctors think there is a possibility that my thoracic spine is compressed, which is causing the problems. I trust they will get to the bottom of it in the next two weeks. For now, I can walk howbeit slowly, but I can walk without my walker! I am literally crying as I type this review. I have hope again. For so long, I've suffered, but now, I look forward to the day when I'm back to normal again. I believe it's just a matter of time. I cannot thank the professionals at Duly Health and Care enough!

I go so you don't have to!…read more I did a comprehensive "bake-off" of PT outlets following a major ankle fracture, and DPT won hands-down; indeed, their skilled therapists keep on winning with every session. The remarkably talented and highly credentialed team tailors exercises that can be done at home -- there's even an app to keep you on track between sessions. VERY accommodating for late or no-show appointments, and maintain a VIP wait-list if you have the flexibility to schedule a day-of session. You're never left in a waiting room, and appointments run like clockwork. I vowed to forgo a "strip-mall" franchise, but with a Starbucks next door, every visit' to DPT is a delight. Two top-ranked ortho surgeons gave DPT their seal of approval, and FWIW they get mine too. I'm not a huge "Yelper," but DPT would have slipped past my radar screen were it not for MD reco's and the occasional Starburst treat on the way out the door. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

I have had this pain since 2009 and for the first time, someone understands it and I am actually improving. I am already 75% feeling better and feel so lucky that I came across her! She is truly a gem - super pleasant, humble, funny and AMAZING at what she does. I'm starting to feel like a normal person again and I owe it all to her! Everyone there is really nice, good environment as a whole! It's so worth it to take the time for yourself to heal. If you are on the fence, give them a call. Even if you have questions, it's worth it to call them to see if they can help you.

They have been talked to, and one person was suspended for their behavior, but no long term improvement has resulted. Several weeks ago, I was verbally assaulted by one of these people, and felt physically threatened. The other 2 stepped in front of him before he could get close to me. I filed a written complaint to the local management team the next day. To my knowledge, as of this date, nothing was done. No expulsions, no suspensions, and no reprimands. I tried to contact the managing company, Health Fitness. I was promised a callback, but have received none. This behavior has been tolerated for over 2 years. I know of multiple complaints from other class members over those 2 years. I also know of at least 3 people who have left the club because of these 3 people. You can now make that 4, as I have resigned my membership and joined another health club. You agree to follow the code of conduct and pool etiquette when you join, and management has the authority to suspend or expel these people, but nothing is being done.

To that, I would like to say for over two years, the large whirl pool area and hot sauna have always been able to be accessed. This new rule started in 2025 and it was disappointing to so many when it was merely update on the rules, and staff sent people back to the locker rooms, no access was now permitted. *While chat or other ai apps are useful, it was clear all the wording and lack of any understanding was not present. Plus the facts were incorrect. It's been a policy change ..... I still have not been contacted. The whirl pool had to be repaired in late january. I reviewed the email notices, the person who sends this out to members was not completely updating the members. Yes, it's up again, however when it went down after scheduled down time, we went to use it and it remained down, or went down. This needs to be an automatic note to us. It matters and while there are things out of the control of the new owners, there are many things that are within their control.
