I realize that going to a fire is far more exciting than meeting with a prospective client. These last minute cancellations have happened to me twice before with other companies I have made appointments with in the past year. It must be clearly understood by the managers of these companies that people often times have to take time off from work and deal with other inconveniences to meet with workmen and last minute cancellations are unacceptable. You only get one chance with me. Next time I will reschedule and purposely miss the appointment and let them know what it's like to have someone waste your time.

Yesterday the crew was here for the recent job of removing concrete landing step ( which started to fall apart during the winter) and replacing it with a granite step. So, I called him, and Justin responded quickly to meet with me and go over the details. I had a large, five-step stairway with a landing made of concrete blocks and I wanted it demolished and rebuilt with stone. I wanted granite, and even while our country was facing nationwide shortages, Justin was able to provide the exact stones we discussed. He even took the time to track down additional historic granite stones to add more character to the stairway - more than I thought was possible. His crew's craftsmanship is exceptional.
