After a long flight today, my body was exhausted and really sore. I found Water Lounge and decided…read moreto try a 90-minute massage because my lower back, legs, and calves were especially tight and uncomfortable from sitting on the plane for so long. The staff recommended a massage therapist named Ken, and I'm so glad they did. Ken was absolutely amazing. His English isn't very strong, but honestly, his massage skills speak for themselves. He seemed to understand exactly where I was feeling the most tension and worked on those areas really well. By the end of the 90 minutes, I felt like a completely different person. My body felt so much lighter, relaxed, and comfortable. After being stuck on a plane for hours, this was exactly what I needed. I would definitely recommend Ken if you're looking for a great massage, especially after a long flight or when your body is feeling tight and tired. I'll definitely be back!

While my massage therapist, Nicole, provided an excellent service, the overall experience at this…read morefacility fell far short of standard spa expectations. (60 min Massage, 30 min "Salt Sauna") Finding parking in front of the building was convenient, but locating the business on the second floor was quite confusing, as it shares an entrance with the local 24 Hour Fitness. While checking in was smooth and I opted into a $9 upgrade (hot stone, oil, and salt), the vast, empty lobby lacked the welcoming ambiance and tranquility typically expected of a professional spa. Nicole was incredibly hard-working and delivered a thorough, high-pressure deep tissue massage using effective elbow and forearm techniques. The hot stones were a nice addition, though I never noticed any salt treatment being applied despite paying for the upgrade. Unfortunately, the treatment room itself was a major disappointment. It resembled a basic hotel room furnished with an seemingly homemade wooden massage bed and a recliner. Additionally, the headrest had a noticeable odor, and the room was dusty enough to instantly trigger my allergies and cause nasal congestion. The most concerning part of the visit was the "Salt Sauna." This was simply another converted hotel room with cloth walls, plastic seating designed to look like rocks, and a few actual salt blocks on a ledge. It lacked any proper sauna components, such as an electric heater, wood-burning stove, or infrared panels. Labeling this as a sauna feels like a blatant misrepresentation. Furthermore, when I asked for a dressing room, I was instructed to change inside this makeshift sauna room. This was highly uncomfortable due to the heat, and it raised serious privacy concerns as the door featured a peephole facing inward toward the room. Upon departure, I requested a receipt for proof of service. The front desk informed me they could not provide one because the booking was made through a third party. As a customer, it is highly unusual and unprofessional for a business to refuse to provide a standard receipt confirming services were rendered on their premises. Nicole's exceptional performance is the only reason this review is not a 1-star rating. She is incredibly talented, but the management desperately needs to address the subpar facility conditions, misleading descriptions, and lack of professional privacy standard.

I can't say enough good things about May at Sea House Spa. Her deep tissue technique is incredibly…read moreeffective. She has an intuitive touch that always finds and releases the knots and tension I build up from long hours at the computer and intense workouts. Her massages have made a huge difference in my recovery and overall well-being. The spa itself is a hidden gem. It's located in an unassuming strip mall, but don't let that fool you because the space is clean, the staff are very professional, kind, and welcoming. It looks like the spa may be under new ownership, and they're doing a great job creating a relaxing, high-quality experience. One thing to know: the staff primarily speak Mandarin, so if you call, don't hang up if there's a delay. They use live Google voice translation, which works well but takes a moment. Be patient; it's worth it. The prices are also incredibly reasonable for the level of care and skill you receive. I highly recommend May and Sea House Spa to anyone looking for true therapeutic bodywork at great value.

I found this spot on Groupon and decided to give it a try for a couples massage. I booked an…read moreappointment via phone a week or two in advance yet the staff appeared surprised when we showed up for our appointment. It was a pleasant enough experience up until it was time to tip. Despite purchasing this couples massage on Groupon, I always tip based on the original, pre-discounted cost. For a 60 minute couples massage, the price was advertised as $150 in house. I was planning on tipping the 15% on the $150 and the masseuse honestly made it really uncomfortable for me. She kept saying my entered tip amount is just 1 person and I said that's 15% of the cost of the massage. I even showed her my math on the calculator. She then said she expected at least $20 per person for the massage and that's coming up to almost 30% tip. I ended up tipping 20% and walking out and will likely not be returning. Perhaps increase the cost of the service rather than making customers feel awkward and obligated to tip higher.

Saw Dr. Ho a while back and neglected to write this. It would be 5 stars were it not for one thing…read morethat happened. I got positive results in that it seemed to reduce the pain for which I went to see him and though it stopped working after a while, I don't attribute this to his practice but to that my system seems to get desensitized no matter the type of intervention. He is a man of few words and has a lot of confidence in his demeanor, which is fine, not that I wanted him to say any more than he was. Either it's his nurse or his receptionist, which might be his wife, who after the needles have been for a while, comes in and removes the needles. The office is centrally located and clean and neat inside, looking more like a house with a long narrow corridor and multiple rooms. The cost for services seems like the rate for this area, and though he does other stuff like cupping, I never got that done (only acupuncture). Once, what happened is: I walked there and back from my house, and as I was walking back from the acupuncture, noticed a horrific pain in my right calk. I never lifted my pant leg to see, I just kept walking. That's totally on me and my mistake. I should've stopped to see WTF was the matter. It wasn't till I got home and took off my pants, that I saw the needle still in my calf! He normally put needles all up and down my body,, and tbh, I always closed my eyes so never knew the exact locations. When I saw that needle, I freaked out, took it out. Called their office and massively complained. I was shocked that they were not more apologetic, and rather matter of fact. Huh? Is this a thing of such frequency in the acupuncture world that my reaction is overkill? Not sure. But still, it would've been nice to get a profuse apology and remorse/regret, but I didn't. I did go back after that, and in that visit, mentioned again the incident with the needle left in my calf, and he didn't seem all that bothered. Not long after that, a few visits more and I stopped.

Not recommend Dr. Ho Maybe he was really good…read more On the application their are so many questions which I thinks is too much But it looks like I am applying a loanU paid before services WHY
