After five months at this company and three attempts resulting in broken windshields, I was required to go to Camping World to check for a structural issue. Nothing was found on the inspection, but I did get the phone number for Baker Glass. I spoke with Wade, who came to my house to inspect my RV. He saw no structural reason for the windshields to break, and proceeded to order the correct glass and gasket. I picked up my RV last Monday and I could not be more pleased. Wade did a fantastic job before, during the install and after when I talked with him about the job. An insurance company should always use the most competent company for the job. Customer service, before and after the job, plus being the most competent installer I have ever dealt with in 35 years of rving, is Baker Glass. Wade will definitely get all of my glass business in the future.

Completely ruined it after it took me a year to get it back from California. I had to pay to overnight it back to Cali and get it redone again. Then they put tape on the other big C molding when we set the glass on the car while I waited for the other to get shipped back to me. When I went to pull the tape off it pulled all the clear off the molding. So again I had to pay to ship the other side back to Cali then wait for it to get done. So now it's 70 days later I finally got everything back and he won't return my calls or texts because he knows he messed my stuff up. So I had to pay a wasted $500 on shipping for his screw up. That's 2 boxes overnighted there and 1 box 2 day air back to me. Just a warning to anyone thinking about using them. Use a professional company that has insurance or something.

For a full car tint, which they priced at $259, was offered at $159, which was an offer I couldn't refuse. Upon arriving I was met by a lady named Lisa, who was most informative with the various types of tints available, and it's various pricing. She is quite a knowledgeable individual in this area and has great customer service skills. Their facility is very neat, comfortable with Netflix or Hulu on television you to view while waiting, fresh coffee and other Refreshments to amuse you during your time waiting for your car to be completed. An hour into Indiana Jones on the TV, and my car was ready and it looked great. My only drawback which is not their fault, is waiting 3 to 5 days to crack my windows as I like fresh air flowing into the car while I drive. I highly recommend Liberty tint Solutions as they were quite professional very accommodating to the customers needs while waiting, in the end result is spectacular.

I had a windshield that needing replacement and clips for loose molding, a job they were willing to schedule within 4 hours of my calling; I was not only met by prompt and courteous customer service in the office, but quality mechanics who thoroughly explained every step and concern along the way. Unfortunately, my first windshield had been delivered chipped; not only did they immediately inform me and send for a replacement to be delivered within 10 minutes, but they apologized for the inconvenience and offered an extremely generous discount. Although I chose to meet them on site, they have an expansive team that will come out to you, delivering these same high quality standards at your convenience. There is also an on premise mechanic to help with oil changes and maintenance. All in all I am floored by the quality of workmanship and service I received, proving you can't judge a book by its cover... or a business by its curb appeal.
