I contracted him for the job remotely and he said that he has 40+ years of experience and would be on-site. He said that he runs his own business and to trust him. The interior painter who also runs her own business and WAS on site said that he dropped off 2 guys in his truck and drove off. 3- Didn't finish the job. When I went up the day before listing the property, I noticed 1- his guys didn't paint behind the stairs. 2- There was a piece of lattice that had fallen off, gotten muddy and his guys JUST PAINTED OVER THE MUD and left it on the ground. His response was "It was like that before we started as well. We stained it propped up" Really? His guys don't think they should prep a sruface before painting it and just hammer one lattice in? I had someone I trusted there doing other work so I paid that guy $100 to correct these things and repaint the bench and deck finials which also didn't look great. I sent pictures to Gifford asking him for reimbursement (not even $100 but what he thought was fair). He didn't respond. 4-Unprofessional. Before he started the work, he mistakenly sent me a text meant for his buddy about "Coatesville women" - you can read between the lines. I should have known then.

Carlos and Victor remodeled my entire bathroom, removing and reinstalling new tile, a vanity, mirror, light fixture, toilet and other bathroom accessories in addition to spackling and painting. From start to finish, Carlos demonstrated an extreme attention to detail and a genuine commitment to making sure everything was done properly. He does not cut corners, and he takes the time to do things the right way even when it requires extra effort. For example, he noticed that my bathroom floor was not properly leveled, something that could have easily been overlooked or simply worked around. Instead, he took the time to correct the problem and make sure everything was properly leveled before continuing with the project. He even painted door trim outside of my bathroom to make sure it transitioned well with the bathroom, something that was not his responsibility. That level of care and thoroughness is exactly what you hope for in a contractor. The spackling and painting were absolutely immaculate. I have hired professional painters in the past who did not come close to the quality of the paint job Carlos delivered. Painting is 90% prep work: sanding and spackling. You can tell when a contractor understands the difference prep work makes, and Carlos and his group certainly does. Carlos and his crew were also kind, respectful, professional, and a pleasure to have working in my home. They were extremely conscientious about keeping everything clean throughout the project. In fact, I commented to my husband that my house looked cleaner after they left than it did before they started! Another thing that really stood out to me was the pricing. His prices are more than fair considering the quality of work, attention to detail, and level of care he provides. You TRULY feel that Carlos takes pride in his work and wants his customers to be completely satisfied with the finished product. It is VERY rare to find that these days. I could not be happier with the work C&N Construction LLC did for me. If you are are fussy about the details and looking for a contractor you can trust, who is meticulous, honest, thorough, reasonably priced, and genuinely cares about doing the job right, I would HIGHLY recommend Carlos and his crew. They exceeded my expectations, and I would absolutely use them again for future projects.

The driver used the mule to bring the shed exactly where I wanted it without a scratch. I have personally recommended Sheds Unlimited to a few of my neighbors and I can't recommend them enough. If you are looking for a very high quality shed that was SIGNIFICANTLY cheaper than any of the local places--from chains like Lowe's, Home Depot and Agway--to smaller advertised shops--go no further. I am in northern NJ and while I had to pay for delivery it was still cheaper than the "Free Delivery" places... Don't waste your time elsewhere.

We saw very little of Doug during the process. His crew cut boards that should not have been cut left many unfinished edges and blew our circuit board which ended with us having no heat in February.
