MUST READ! I'm not putting this review out there to trash…read moreNick or his company because the work that was completed was great. However, potential customers need to be aware to moderate their "5 star review" expectations with when it comes to communications and more unfortunately, integrity. This experience started off great. Great communication and the job got off to a good start. We were replacing the trim around some of the exterior windows, and replacing the crown molding and columns on our front porch. We paid half up front, per Nick's request. The trim repair and crown molding was completed in a few days. He sent us a retailer's link for us to select the columns from then he said he had ordered the columns and was waiting for them to be delivered. This was his story for several weeks. I eventually called this company and they said it should only take a week for the columns to arrive from when the initial order is made. I attempted to contact Nick multiple times over this information through both phone calls and texts. Unfortunately, we have never heard back from him.

They are not a hit and run company. Eddie is a wonderful craftsman. He truly cares about his work and is extremely particular about his results. He is easy to work with and very pleasant. Jonathan does a lot of estimating of the jobs. He is easy to deal with. He makes the job easy. This is one company that gives you what you pay for. No cutting corners. If you pay for under- layment you will be sure to get it. Not like a previous roofer who billed me for it and when I came home for lunch unexpectantly 1/2 roof was on but no under-layment was installed. I give this company ten stars **********

Fisher's proposal and estimate were cheaper than a competing roofer, so we went with Fisher's roofing. The company's crew arrived at 7 AM on July 1st and the work of removing the old shingles and installing new architectural shingles began. The complete re-roofing job along with the installation of new 5" gutters properly fitted and hung from screw-in hangers and a 2"x 3" downspout were done by the afternoon of the next day. The work crew were thorough and diligent and they thoroughly cleaned up the debris associated with taking off the old roof. We are very pleased with their work and the price was good as compared to the estimate that a competitor had given us. My wife and I highly recommend Fisher's roofing for their quality workmanship and old world work ethic.

This is a mixed review. We had them so our driveway and the man who came obviously knew what he…read morewas doing because he was quick and efficient. The driveway came out better than we expected. The negative is my son worked for the owner as a part time truck washer and he was verbally accausted almost nightly. My son was 16 and not your normal kid, he busted his behind to do a good job but if the owner had a bad day, the onky one in the shop at night to take it out on was my sonn. To the owners credit from time to time he would apologize but eventually we encouraged our son to quit. Dont get me wrong normally they are very nice people until other things influence their state of mind and then it can be not so nice. Professionally they are top notch at what they do, i just would never advice working for them in the evening.

A man called me, drove out from another location and helped correct the flashing issue himself (with help). He took one look at the work and agreed that it wasn't looking right. There aren't many businesses out there that will be honest and correct their mistakes like that. Even the guy that worked on it the first time apologized and said he felt so bad that he messed it up even after we talked. Everyone was so cool about it. And my flashing is looking great. I have had them back to check out my gutters and the roof. I trust them and will be using them for any future issues (though I hope I don't have to for a long time.)

At first, he just seemed like a nice guy, but the reality is he lied to my mother and father right from the begging. 1. The salesman made it seem as though union level workers (not in the union but very experienced) would show up to do the installation. What showed up was a group of South Americans that didn't speak any English and didn't care about the working done. 2. My parents told him they wanted the item replaced not changed. Nothing was the same. The siding isn't the same as the was already installed. They installed soffit that is not the same. Changed the colors of the drip edge. Did not install a gutter guard that is comparable to the existing one. There are a lot of complaints against them about these kinds of shady sales practices with elderly individuals like my parents. We would be fine with this if the work was done well. But there are numerous workman ship quality issues are still present they refuse to return to repair. 1. The gap between the gutters and facia in multiple locations. 2. Nails in the face of the siding and drip edge in multiple locations. 3. The gutter guards do not allow sufficient liquid to pass through even when cleaned out. 4. Installed a piece of flashing on the ends that is bent upwards. 5. Did not connect the ground wires to the flood lights and left the wire nut connections outside the construction box. 6. Screwed the flood light into the soffit instead of construction box. 7. My mother called them in the winter about ice buildup on the gutters/guards. They have lived in this house since it was built new and this never happened in the past. They sent an employee that looked at it but did nothing. If you value your time and money avoid Bachman's at all costs.

We asked around for a local roofer and received recommendations from 3 different people for Snyder Roofing. We called, and Rick returned our called that afternoon and happened to be in our area, so he stopped by. Called the next day with a verbal estimate. Rick was very open and honest regarding our roof problem and the fact that there may be some hidden issues due to the roof age, etc. He made us feel very comfortable with his repair ideas and processes. We signed a contract 2 days later (Sunday). Rick, his son Mitchel, and a work crew of 5 arrived promptly Tuesday morning. The job was complete by noon Wednesday. The company moto, "We will put the same quality into your roof as if it were our own home", is absolutely true. Rick and Mitchell kept us informed continuously throughout the project! Cleanup was extensive. There was no trace of dirt or damaged plantings. We can't say enough about the quality, and professionalism of this company. thank you Rick, Mitchell and Snyder Roofing & Siding!

Rick and Mitchell (the owners) couldn't have made the experience better. Very professional and extremely knowledgeable, I never felt for a second that they were giving me the "hard sell". In fact, I got the impression that their integrity and reputation was more important to them then anything else. After speaking with several of their previous clients, my wife and I decided to go with Snyder and selected the Timberline line of GAF for the shingles. Since Snyder is a certified GAF installer, it came with a lifetime warranty. Their team worked non-stop from the moment they arrived to the moment they left each day. Neat and professional, they protected the house and cleaned up the yard everyday. We have a large roof (over 7K sq ft). They knocked it out in less then 5 days. We couldn't be happier with the finished product or the service that we received.
