However, potential customers need to be aware to moderate their "5 star review" expectations with when it comes to communications and more unfortunately, integrity. This experience started off great. Great communication and the job got off to a good start. We were replacing the trim around some of the exterior windows, and replacing the crown molding and columns on our front porch. We paid half up front, per Nick's request. The trim repair and crown molding was completed in a few days. He sent us a retailer's link for us to select the columns from then he said he had ordered the columns and was waiting for them to be delivered. This was his story for several weeks. I eventually called this company and they said it should only take a week for the columns to arrive from when the initial order is made. I attempted to contact Nick multiple times over this information through both phone calls and texts. Unfortunately, we have never heard back from him.
