This PT location is located in the same parking lot as the Kaiser Permanente office on Hodencamp…read more There's probably a "Game of Thrones" joke here when someone named street. "HOLD THE CAMP"!! The clinic is really close to the side door and is easily accessible. Once inside the office the waiting area is a little small, but I have never had to wait more than 5-10 minutes before starting a therapy session. The actual facility is pretty large and I have seen them work with more than a dozen patients at the same time. I have worked with Shanna, Adrienne, Heidi, and Alex, at this location and they are all very knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. The therapists are gentle and if you are in pain, they are extremely careful not to force anything that may induce injury. They have every type of equipment you could think of to help rehabilitate an upper extremity injury from a finger to a shoulder. They even have the ability to make custom splints and kinesio tape the injury. They will even teach you how to KT tape yourself if you need it. Although they are extremely busy, it is relatively easy to book an appointment with them. The longest I've probably had to wait to get an appointment was about 7-10 days, but they allow you to book out a couple of weeks. Receptionists are very spot on and I have never had any problems with booking. I highly recommend this place if you need PT for you upper extremity. It is incredibly hard to find specialists like this.

They've helped my ease my fears of my 80 year-old mother with a 2" x 4" x 5" wound. They really took a care of her. I can't imagine being anywhere else after being in two different hospitals and another horrible step down facility. This made our last stop the best stop.

Trying to get her into the right SNF was a major challenge, but when Alta finally accepted her, we were thrilled. (My mother-in-law had been a previous patient there, and we liked the facility.) From the moment my mom arrived at Alta, the staff was warm and friendly and took great care of her. She always had a smile on her face and told me how much she enjoyed being there. She was always in the activities room, either participating in some fun activity or at least sitting in there watching others when she wasn't physically able to join in. She particularly enjoyed jewelry making and the visits from the service dogs. I was always greeted by Rachel when she saw me, and she would ask me to help pick out my mom's food choices for the upcoming few days. The food always looked and smelled great, and my mom usually ate everything on her plate. After about a month at Alta, she hadn't been making much improvement due to her condition and some underlying issues that no one had known about. She had stopped eating and was sleeping a lot more than usual. Jose, one of the nurses, called me one evening to let me know that she was very dehydrated and had a weak pulse, so they were starting her on an IV and monitoring her closely. About an hour later, he called back to say she was having trouble breathing and that he had called the paramedics. Jose told us he suspected sepsis, but we couldn't figure out how that was possible. Unfortunately, she had suffered a bowel perforation, which led to septic shock and then cardiac arrest (due to a previous hospital treatment). If not for Jose's quick thinking and expertise, my mom would have passed away at Alta in her bed. Thanks to him, we were fortunate enough to get her to the hospital to say our goodbyes. Sadly, she passed away a few hours after arriving at the hospital on May 26, 2026. When we returned to Alta to gather her belongings, the staff members we spoke with were visibly saddened and shocked to hear the news. We are so grateful to Alta and their wonderful staff for taking such great care of my mom. Her last month on earth was filled with kindness and compassion, and she received so much love and care there.

Parents, do yourself a favor and find another ABA provider…read more Our family made the mistake of believing Fox Therapy Services would partner with us in caring for our two children with autism. Instead, when we raised legitimate concerns about chronic staff absences, inconsistent therapy, and poor communication, they terminated services for both of our children. The owner, Zach, handled the situation with a level of unprofessionalism that shocked us. Rather than listening to a parent's concerns or taking accountability, he became defensive, argumentative, and more interested in protecting his agency than protecting two vulnerable children who depended on medically necessary services. Since speaking publicly about our experience, numerous other parents have reached out to tell me they experienced similar issues with Fox. That was deeply concerning. We have filed complaints with the appropriate oversight agencies because we believe what happened deserves independent review. No parent should ever have to wonder whether advocating for their child will result in losing the very services their child needs.

We had been to many different clinics before we found Fox Therapy due to moving or lack of therapists. We were excited to get started right away and not be placed on a waitlist. (The last clinic we went to had one OT that would split their time between two locations. So there was a long wait-list and limited days for sessions.) It's very rare for Fox Therapy to cancel a session since they almost always have another therapist to cover. We've also never had a bad experience with a therapist and each does a great job connecting with my son. They are great at communicating and send out available sessions everyday for make up sessions or if there's a more convenient time for you. They also offer programs througout the year and constantly ask for feedback from their clients. They are great at listening to the feedback and adapting to their clients needs. I highly recommend giving them a call if you're looking for any of the therapies they offer. (I know they currently offer speech, feeding, vocal and occupational therapy, but I wouldn't be surprised if the list is longer.)
