So I was planning our companies 50th Year Anniversary in 2017 and was looking around for a good photo booth company. I stumbled upon Top Hat and decided to take a shot. I actually also found them on Groupon and purchased one of their packages. The entire time I was in communication with Mohammed, he was professional and VERY patient. We wanted our photo cards to be customized. He afford an amazing option but it was a bit high (mind you we already spent a lot on the venue and catering so this was one way to cut on the budget). ANYWAYS, I sent him a sample of what we wanted and he did a fantastic job. When Mohammed and his work partner showed up, they were dressed very professional, were very friendly, and nice. Their presentation and table top with props looked very nice and clean. The whole time they were engaging with our company employees and making it fun for them. If my memory serves me right, I think they even offered to help with directing our employees to the photo booth or sign in area...talk about customer service. But I did not want to burden them with that so I just kept going. For two young gentlemen running this small business, they are doing an amazing job. She reminded us we were trying to capture our daughter as she was and where she was "today" and those specific memories and gave us her thoughts as both a photographer and a mom. From the initial contact to the very end, Belle was amazing! She was extremely quick to respond, very thoughtful, answered every question we had, and was very detailed. Throughout all the email communication, she was very professional yet laidback! She has a great personality and it really shows through her responses. The site she uses for her services is very straightforward and simple. The entire process was super smooth. All email messages are saved on one page for easy access. Any photos are also saved. Contracts and payments was super easy. Belle provides lots of details which helps answers so many questions quickly. She provided us a welcome guide that gave tips on how to prepare and what to expect, which was very helpful. During the actual shoot, Belle came to our house and of course had safe Covid practices. She would ask us to adjust our baby as needed and she was very sweet and patient. She took tons of pictures and let our daughter do her own thing without forcing poses and made it all natural. She would sing to get her attention and made everyone feel comfortable. Whenever our daughter started fussing, Belle would tell us to take a break and let the baby calm down and even waited for her to be fed. She went an extra mile and took pictures of the nursery for us as well since we never got professional newborn pics done. And of course, the pictures came out super cute and beautiful! She gave us estimated timelines for first set of preview photos and then the full set. She delivered way earlier than expected on both! And we were getting the shoot done for our daughter's half birthday and Belle made sure to provide a few photos by the birthday date which was only a few days after the shoot. I called a little frantic, asking could they accommodate a same day rental for a moon bounce? The awesome man advised me he can have someone there within the hour. Let me tell you he was there within the hour! The gentleman pulled up and immediately, hooked everything up. He advised me, if I ended the party earlier, just call him to come pick it up.

I contacted them a month ago with the enquiry asking specifically for this item and stated if they can't provide it then I would find another source. They emailed me stating that they had the product available and sent me a confirmation email. This week I sent an email to check up on my order and they sent me another confirmation email. This morning I phoned to find out why I still didn't have a moon bounce 30 minutes before the party start time. I was told that they had no record of my order and love it or leave it I could have a castle moon bounce. I LEFT IT! In fact I sourced another standard style moon bounce from Beltway Bouncers who managed to get the moon bounce to us in time for the children to enjoy a full hour of vigorous fun. Yay to Beltway Bouncers and a VERY BIG NAY to Moon Bounce Day.

I really liked having the creative freedom to take pictures on my own using the remote but also having top tiered quality. It was like having the best of both worlds! After the pictures, I was able to explore the little shop with the cutest trinkets and items in the world! Definitely a go to! Can't recommend it enough!
