Sorry but we were a party of 5 on a Friday 8/1/2025. The inside was not crowded tho outside was. Our service was terrible and the food was just as bad. 15 minutes before the server even came up to us then a good 45 to 50 more minutes to get our drinks and water. The menu has little options. We had a chicken parm chicken Alfredo Waleye dinner a chicken wrap and a pizza. Chicken meals small portions of chicken Fish was Old and the pizza was still dough in the middle. Ordered a Old fashion drink got it after the meal along with bill. Just a Huge Disappointment and will Not be Back. read more

We had our daughter's 250 person wedding reception at Eastbay. We are from California so had to plan our event over the phone and through emails/texts. During our planning, the facility changed owners, so we worked with both former owner & event coordinator and the new owner. Fortunately for us, both old and new staff were invested in helping us have a wonderful event. The room was set up on time and as requested, the bar staff was excellent, the food was good for banquet food, and the staff was attentive overall. The new owner was on site the whole evening working to make sure things went smoothly. I gave 4 stars in my review because of the stress we had worrying that things would go as planned with the ownership change that we didn't know about at booking time, and hoping that the staff would still be good by the time our event happened. This place has a great dinner view at sunset. And nicely decorated interior. I had the Rodeo Burger, and it was quite tasty, the fried onions on the burger were cooked perfectly. My husband had the fish and ribs buffet they had available, but (we) didn't think the fish/meat was cooked very well, so he was disappointed in his meal. Because of that, I give this place 2 stars. read more

The place is absolutely gorgeous and used to be one of my favorite places and was a legit gold mine at one point it was so successful. Sadly the staff seemed to ignore us when we sat down, we just came for drinks and some appetizers. Waited almost 15 minutes before we were noticed. They were bringing out food asking if it was for us and we hadn't even ordered, just seems very unorganized. The staff are unfriendly and it's almost depressing to eat here. Don't feel welcome at all, it's like they don't even want you to spend money here. read more

The beautiful venue, the Tiki Bar, outdoor games, event space, the excellent customer service, live music and comedy shows. All of this and it's reasonably priced too. My husband and I just got married at East Bay Lodge on December 8, 2018. We had beef tips and champagne chicken and both were delicious! We were so impressed by the amount of work that Dave did on our behalf and how he really heard us and helped us to achieve exactly what we wanted for our special day. Our friends and family were well taken care of and very impressed by how beautiful the restaurant and event center are and by how professional the service is. We ate there a few times besides the actual wedding meal and everything we ate was lovely, the prices are low for just how good the food is, and the mixed drinks on the menu are really really good! Worth a try for a relaxing night out or if you are looking for someplace to host your next event!!! read more

During this uncertain time, it was so nice to hear a cheery voice on the phone when I placed the order & my husband said when he went in for the order & to pay, the girl behind the bar was very cheerful:) The deep fried fish & baked fish were delicious---their french fries have a nice seasoning on them. I just had a delicious meal with my sisters-in-law and mother-in-law at Eastbay. During our meal my sister-in-law had jokingly sent a message to the owner (whom we know) about a small inconvenience we had with something that wasn't installed yet. Mostly because they are still renovating. Within the next hour they had taken the time to fix the small problem we had! That is the best customer service that I have ever seen! They seem to really care alot about their customers! Also, the food, drinks, and customer service were wonderful! Please take the time to support this local business! Service was terrible. Food was ok. I had a salmon salad but the salmon appeared to be microwaved and salad was sub par lettuce with some shredded cheddar. Our server forgot dressing-- after she forgot my salad. We had to go to bar several times to get our own drinks. There were only four tables outside, but it seemed to overwhelm the staff.
