Their tint is backed by warranty and they give a discount if you pay with cash. The team gets the job done quickly by working on two cars at the same time while maintaining attention to detail. I went with 80% tint on the windshield and 35% on the two front windows, and I've already noticed a huge difference on hot days. Before the tint, I was constantly running my A/C around a speed of 7/10, and now I'm comfortable around 3/10. I've also seen my interior temperature drop from around 113°F to about 70°F. Thank you to the ACJ team for another fantastic job! I'm extremely happy with how everything turned out and will definitely be back again.

What initially caught my attention with Jet Black Tints was their $399 promotional deal, which…read moreincluded free old tint removal and ceramic tint. It was a great offer, so I decided to give them a try. From the very beginning, Leo made the process quick and easy. I dropped my vehicle off at 9:00 AM to the Hayward location and received a text just a few hours later letting me know it was ready for pickup. I went in with an open mind and honestly wasn't expecting too much because I didn't want to set my expectations too high and be disappointed. When Leo brought my vehicle out, he explained that I shouldn't roll the windows down for 3-5 days and that I should allow the tint about three weeks to fully cure. When I first got into my vehicle, the front windshield was very hazy and difficult to see through. Since I understood that the tint was still curing--and this wasn't my first time having windows tinted--I figured it was part of the process and that it would eventually clear up. After giving it a few days and allowing my vehicle to sit in the sun to help expedite the curing process, the windshield did eventually clear up. However, I noticed that there were wrinkles along the corners, and all of the windows--including the back windows--had noticeable pockets of air bubbles throughout the film. I explained my frustration to my husband, and he reached out to customer service on our behalf. Our concerns were then forwarded to management, and that's when Raniyah stepped in. I have to give Raniyah a HUGE amount of credit. She was incredibly pleasant, understanding, and genuinely determined to make things right. She explained that the tint was covered by a lifetime warranty and assured me that the windows would be corrected. She also made sure that my vehicle would be taken care of by a master tint technician. A couple of days ago, I returned to have the tint redone and was once again greeted by Leo. I showed him the issues, and he was surprised to see how many air bubble pockets were throughout the windows. He reassured me that the master tinter would take care of everything. I emphasized that I wanted them to take their time and do it right, and I came back to pick up my vehicle once the work was completed. And let me tell you... WOW! My tints look absolutely immaculate and beautifully done! The difference is incredible, and I couldn't be happier with how they turned out. A BIG thank you to the entire Jet Black Tints team for listening to my concerns, standing behind your work, and making the situation right. Everyone I interacted with was professional, pleasant, and helpful throughout the process. A special thank you to Raniyah and Leo for making what could have been a frustrating experience feel completely hassle-free and efficient. And an extra thank you to the master tint technician for taking the time to make sure the job was done to perfection! Customer service really matters, and I appreciate that Jet Black Tints didn't just acknowledge the issue--they took care of it. I will definitely be back to have my sunroof tinted next! Thank you again, Jet Black Tints! I truly appreciate you making it right.

They were understanding of my situation, took my concerns seriously, and helped arrange for me to visit the Fremont location to have the necessary issues corrected. I genuinely appreciate how quickly customer service stepped in and made sure everything was taken care of. While my initial experience at the Hayward location was disappointing, I do believe in giving credit where it's due. Maybe I caught them on a bad day, who knows? However, based on my personal experiences, I would still highly recommend visiting the Fremont location over the Hayward location. I've always had positive experiences at Fremont, and this visit only reinforced my confidence in that location. Although I wish my original experience had gone differently, I truly appreciate the professionalism, communication, and prompt assistance I received from customer service. It's reassuring to know that when something goes wrong, there are people within the company who genuinely care about making things right. Thank you again to the customer service team and the Fremont location for turning an otherwise frustrating experience into a positive resolution.

Never again! I would much rather pay for top-tier service and have peace of mind than worry about fixing problems later. Most recently, I had a front PPF and tint done on my Tesla, and the results were flawless.
