My hubby feels much better after each treatment, and the adjustments are effective for him. It's also very easy to make appointments with Dr. Phan; he is flexible. Dr. Tseng is the only chiropractor who listens, examines, provides treatment recommendations, and performs adjustment. He's the only chiropractor who adjusts so deeply which provides an incredible result. I myself has an on and off lower back issue for the past 10 years. I recently twisted my lower back from a sport. Through various recommendation of Dr. Tseng from friends, I finally decided to make an appointment with Dr. Tseng and I should've came see him earlier. Pros: 1. Making the appointment is very simple. You can call them first, then front desk will direct you to text their office number to schedule an appointment and provide insurance card if you have it. You can also text them any questions, and they'll answer you right away. They'll verify it with insurance company immediately and let you know the copay and if there's any additional treatment (gua sha, stretching table, acupuncture, or massage) that requires cash pay. 2. Upon arrival to the office, there's minimal wait. The front desk is very efficient, professional, and friendly. 3. Dr. Tseng knows his stuffs. He will perform the chiro adjustments to your pain point. His treatment is so deep that you can feel that he treats the right on spot. I have lower back pain and it was pretty much 90% recovered in two treatments. He's also very friendly! He will be my go-to chiro in the future and I highly recommend Dr. Tseng if you ever need a true chiropractor. Cons: None.

He has traction machines for both the neck and lower back, which I don't often see at other chiropractic offices, and they have been very helpful! I highly recommend Dr. Tseng to anyone looking for a skilled chiropractor who truly cares about his patients.

It's a bit of a buy-in at $350, but they do three different x-rays to really diagnose what's going on. I'm a very visual person, so I really appreciated how thoroughly everything was explained and demonstrated. Using the neuropathometer, Dr. Mata (I think) and Dr. Chris clearly pinpointed where my issue was coming from. The $350 covers your x-rays and your first adjustment, and visits after that are only $50, not bad at all! I'll be coming alllll the time thanks to how close they are. I started being able to move easier and actually drop the tension in my neck/shoulders! My favorite part is the traction table because I feel like all the weight I subject my spine to (in between visits: carrying my oversized body, crouching/hunching at my work desk, stretching to reach stuff on higher shelves, twisting to pass my kids snacks in the back of the car, etc) literally MELTS out.
