I had to wait just about an hour in a very chilly waiting room. I paid $200 to wrap the whole car--and I think it's a good deal! No bubbles; and the film adheres completely to the gas in about 72 hours. In other words, wait a little while for those weird smears to disappear. You can get a car wash immediately after application. I suggest you pay with cash to avoid credit card fees. read more

I made an appointment a week in advance to bring two cars to get the windows tinted. They called me the day of at 9am (my appointment was at 1pm) saying it was too hot for them to work and they were inside sweating like dogs. Your business doesnt have AC? yesterday was memorial day maybe you just got too drunk to get up and go to work. They wanted all cash which i was cool with. I went some where else and they got BOTH cars in same day and was way cheaper. I cant recommend this place. read more

Place has totally changed from when I've gotten all 5 of my cars tinted. Location sucks now just out right ghetto. I even recommend someone to this place and I was completely embarrassed they had cars all lined up with people waiting and looking disappointed and now the location is still near by but in a ran down garage looking like a old gas station area. I'm pleased with my tints they did a good job went in on whim hoping someone wouldn't show up to their appointment. Low and behold someone didn't show up so they took me in with no problem. The prices are super reasonable the wait time wasn't bad. My only issue is whatever they used to wipe the inside of my windows is smeared on my windows and I'm nervous to clean them too soon. I went here to get my windows tinted. The tint came out perfect no bubbles or anything. The prices were reasonable and so was the wait time. I recommend my sister and she was happy as well. *I had to go back a few months later after my window was busted by vandals. Vuk was sympathetic and gave me a discount due to my previous visit. I got my Altima tinted and noticed a couple of imperfections that were quickly and easily resolved. They made me feel comfortable showing them the spots I'd noticed. I'm going to start off by saying that the people here are fast at what they do. I'll give y'all that. I was told by one of the employees (notVUK)that they will charge me $80 for my two front windows.Got the two front windows done the owner charge me $60,even better price! Now here comes why I gave them one start. It's because Vuk told me that my back windows were a 5 which is the darkest tint he said. I ask him what is the darkest that can be in the front windows in Indiana ? He told me 30 is the legal tint shade for the front windows for Indiana. So I told him I just want all of my windows the same color shade meaning put tint shade #5 for the two front windows.He did tell me that I was going to have problems with the cops because it's illegal. I again told him I just want all my windows to be the same shade. Then he said ok what ever you want. I get home and I noticed that the two front windows are darker than the back ones, which they were not install there, they were already tinted when I bought my car. So I go back to the shop and talk to Vuk. He tells me that they are the same color, I told him if he could get in my car and see that there are not the same ,then he tells me that the back windows already come tinted when they made the car. Ok here's my problem Vuk as a professional that has been in this Business for over 25 years,should of check the back windows the right way not just eyeball it and assume the shade number. I'm just saying!! Then he tells me that they are the same number which clearly they weren't. So I told him how much would you charge me to take them off and put a lighter tint, he told me nothing that he would fix it at no cost, but before I leave He gets this machine out the shop while he proceeds to tell me that I told him I wanted the darkest shade Blah blah blah some stuff I didn't understand because he was upset and talking fast. Now He checks the front window first that's the one they put on. The machine read 4 then he checks the back window the machine read 21.He didn't say anything else after he check my back window, because clearly someone drop the ball and didn't check it with the machine before telling me the right number instead they assume the number from just looking at my car. The only thing he said to me was to bring it in the following week on Wednesday. I go in today I didn't even get out my car yet, when he comes knocking on my window telling me he went over the surveillance video from when I brought my car in, and that he was right and I was wrong but like they say customers always right(his words not mines) Which Clearly I was cuz he check it with the machine it didn't match, anyways he kept saying I wanted the darkest shade because I didn't want anybody to see me! (Which I never said that)Now he is putting words in my mouth.So I told him show me the video since your right and I'm wrong he agreed to show me the video. 2 minutes later I go in there to leave my keys he comes out the back telling his employees did you here that she wants lighter windows blah blah blah some stuff I didn't understand ,but I knew he was trying to be funny and was mocking me . So now at this point I'm pissed off not only was he laying, mocking, and being rude to me.He did it in front of other customers SO Unprofessional !! So I told him come on show me the video then since I'm lying. He say NO not going to show you the video. At this point I walk out before I caught a case. At the end of the day he change the tints but the guys left both of my inside doors sticky. OH and east side window tinting this is the Blonde headed girl with the White Dodge Magnum. read more
