Dr. Falcon offers many surgical procedures (e.g., arm lift, tummy tuck, rhinoplasty, face lift, and carpal-tunnel surgery) and many non-surgical procedures (e.g., Botox and dermal fillers). A few years ago, I visited Dr. Falcon for the surgical removal of a small cyst and two small moles on my skin. I had a free consultation. The office and nursing staff were friendly, but they could not give me even a very rough estimate of what these elective procedures would cost. A few weeks later, Dr. Falcon performed the procedures. The appointment began on time. In the pre-op holding area, he numbed my skin. In the operating room, he easily removed the cyst and two moles within minutes. The nurse who discharged me gave me instructions about keeping my wounds clean and moisturized, when to return to have stitches removed, etcetera. For a few months, I received bills in the mail. Dr. Falcon's office billed my insurance company multiple times for a total cost of roughly $11,000, of which my (good) insurance paid some, and I paid roughly $2,000 out of pocket myself. My scars did fade over time, so they are no longer noticeable.

I went back for four surgeries over several years. After 8 veins were done on one leg I was told that he was only part of the way done on that leg. They claimed that the PA kept finding more internal varicose veins. After many thousands of dollars and three years there was absolutely no change in my leg. I was the last surgery of the day so I really had a long wait after arriving at 11 am and not scheduled until 3:30. I was kind of just left on my own to wait. My spirits were lifted when I met the anesthesiologist, Darren. He was great! Made me feel warm and fuzzy! My surgery was at 3:30 and it took about an hour. I was already leaving the surgery center by 6:30. It was a lot easier than I expected. Dr. Johns did a very good job. Whenever I called the office I got quick responses. I was very satisfied and would definitely recommend Dr. Johns and Darren and Debbie. The rest were just okay not unfriendly at all by any means. It was about five or six long pages of paperwork to do. That's a lot of writing on a clipboard! Probably did take me about 15 minutes to fill it out. Unfortunately 45 minutes later, I still hadn't got called back for my consultation because apparently they were running about an hour behind. I sat in that waiting room for an hour before I had to leave to get home for my child. I was very disheartened as it took me a while to make that call to begin with, and I left there feeling like I didn't want them to work on me because my time was not valuable enough for them to tell me that they were running way behind.
