BEWARE: Super shady place…read more 10 years ago they were good and reliable. Then the owner got rid of all the guys who were competent at running the shop and replaced them with another bunch of guys who had no plating competence at all. The last couple of projects sent in for Electroless nickel plating began showing surface corrosion about 4 weeks after treatment with no direct exposure to salt air or abnormal moisture. Unfortunately it was an even bigger mistake to take the parts back to be re-done as no one there seems to understand the process -- they put the parts back in the acid bath for so long that the parent material was compromised, eaten all the way through the steel tubing in several places. Literal holes in the metal, completely ruined. After using this business regularly for years and then experiencing these issues, when contacted for refunds and reimbursements for ruined materials the owner went on an expletive laden rant that ended with an emphatic statement that TFC does not need any repeat business. I had an awesome experience with one of their employees Nate. He was able to custom cut the two columns on the wall mounted hyper rack down 2 inches to help me fit the rack in my low ceiling garage. I was able to bring in the columns, have them cut down and powder coated again. I took them back home the same day all in a matter of minutes! Messaged them a week ago regarding some rims I got that were pretty badly curbed and got quoted…read more$437 for stock colors, while I called around a lot of people were asking for $800 someone even offered $300 but I would have to get the tires remounted and rebalanced etc; Chatted with the guys at DP and they mentioned in the same price it comes with sand blasting and paint rebalance and tire remount! So whatever curb rash I got the wheels with were blasted away, except the huge gashes in the rims, but honestly they look great and much better than I expected. We got there a little earlier than expected since I needed a ride and my friend had to leave for work, so they said I could wait inside. Hung out for an hour with my dogs in tow chatted up and got quotes for other colors. Tyler and his sister are awesome! Friendly service, good quality, honest people, and just a great vibe! If I'm still in Oregon in the next few months I already got quoted for possibly painting my other rims
