At no time was it mentioned that there would be a minimum charge for that, and that it would be very expensive for how small the brackets were. Great first impression. Then I dropped my items off on 3/23/21 and the staff member was friendly in helping me unload them and getting my information. Both Derek and the staff member quoted me a two week lead time, meaning I was expecting them sometime around the week ending 4/9/21. I pick I know this isn't an exact science and projects can take longer, so I gave some extra time and waited to reach out for an update until 4/16/21. I left a voicemail asking for a callback on the status. Never got a callback. I gave them another 10 days. Then on 4/26/21, I replied to my prior email chain with Derek and asked for an update. No response to that yet either. It's been 5 weeks versus the estimate of 2 weeks and no updates at all. At this point I'm just hoping they haven't lost my $3000 of parts I just bought. Will update review as this progresses. Update: Called again on 5/3/21, someone answered the phone, and confirmed that my order had been done for weeks. They apologized no one had reached out to me, or returned my prior attempts to contact them. Finished product looked great, really happy with how it turned out. Also came in at the price I was quoted, another plus. Just have to expect that customer service will be lacking, and it's on the customer to continually try to catch someone in the office for an update.

My 2019 Forest River travel trailer developed a crack in the frame where the axle bracket is welded…read moreto the frame. I spent several months going through inspections with their authorized service center and had to wait while Forest River and the frame manufacturer developed a repair plan. In the end, the service center was unable to do the repair and my alternatives were to either drive my trailer to their plant in Indiana or find a local welder. Jeff at Furrion has great reviews and a friend also recommended him. He developed a plan similar to Forest Rivers' and repaired the cracks (he found a crack starting on the opposite axle weld as well) and welded 30 x 4-1/2 inch 1/4 inch plates on both sides of the frame, as well as some 2 x 2 angle iron to reinforce the frame both in front of and behind the axle welds. I am extremely happy with the results of the repair and will not hesitate to have Jeff do any future repairs or fabrication I might need. Forest River has also stepped up and agreed to reimburse me the cost of the repair as it met their plan specifications. I would add that another RV repair shop that does perform welding services refused to even attempt this job. Thanks again Jeff!

Not only did he fit in my repair on a door hinge but he also attended to all the hinges to make sure they were reinforced and unlikely to have the same problem as my damaged one. Great service.
