Good communication all along with the office, owner and site lead as they tried to fulfill my requests on new kitchen hardware and as they ensured every detail was handled. It looks great. Never mind the gut feeling that I should've gone with Danny but lessons are learned the hard way sometimes... Fast forward months later, far too much frustration & regret, still waiting for a botched job to be complete & the original contractor no longer showing up to finish the job, I contacted Danny again asking him for another quote to finish the work and hoping he wouldn't be insulted that I didn't go with him originally. Needless to say, he was incredibly cool about it and was able to stop by within a couple of days to see what his guys were working with. Not only is the bigger job now complete within a couple of weeks of me contacting Danny, but also a few other smaller areas that had been an eye sore for too many years. Danny always responds quickly, communicated frequently throughout the process, checks in on his team and answered all of the many, many questions I've had along the way. I tend to notice every imperfection and have yet to find any with the work done by his team. His team is efficient, skilled, friendly and I couldn't be happier with the outcome! The two projects painting all our oak window frames white when we got new white window (26 windows) then this project was converting our entire first floor from oak to white.
