We were in town camping at Bozeman Trails RV. I searched for a liquor store me. I read the review from the store with the previous owner. My husband and I decided to give the new ownership a chance. I previously worked at a school and learned how devastating a few bad reviews can be. We were welcomed in and asked if we needed any help. We chose to look around. While looking, several people came in and the owner and an employee were very helpful and were giving recommendations. We did ask for some help and were treated very nicely. I hope that the Bozeman community will support this new ownership. We are from Texas but will be visiting again in a few months and will go back here for sure. Our kids live here and we are going to recommend this place to them too. read more

Funny thing is I chose to shop here because the I had good experiences here before. The guy with the beard at the register was a total asshole and actually said Fuck you to me. I was making a $400 purchase. They lost a good customer here and I will certainly tell everyone I know not to shop here. read more

Horrible place. Over-priced booze and snide employees. Better off going to the Cat's Paw. The manager was completely dismissive when I asked for a recommendation for a gift for a coworker and the other employee just sat there snickering. Honestly, this place belongs in Butte. read more

I bought $125 worth of liquor there but forgot to buy a bag of ice. Went back in 2 minutes later and realized I had no cash. The arrogant employee was too cheap to just comp me a bag and wanted to charge my credit card for $2 of ice. All future liquor will be bought at the Cats Paw. read more

I went here for the first time today and the first staff member that spoke to me was not sincere and trying to get me to buy some liquor that I suspect they had a high mark-up on. The second guy I dealt with who was working the counter when I finally made my purchase was talking loudly with some one about some annoying story and cursing up a storm. When I tried to make some small talk at the register he went out of his way to be rude. Nice selection, but some of the worst service, I will not go back, ever. Unprofessional. Why do some people work so hard to turn you off to them and their business? read more

I really like this store! The guys are always out and available to help you if you need it and always seem to have something funny to say! They will get you out in a flash if you need it or can give you some great knowledge about booze if you have some time.It is a smaller store but has a great selection of liquor & wine and if you need beer there is the gas station right next door. I have been a regular customer of the East Main Liquor Store for over a year and the service and selection have been excellent. Christina and Stacy along with the rest of their staff have done an amazing job providing one of the best selections of bourbon, scotch, tequila, vodka, wine, and cigars with better pricing than their competitors.
