However, most recently dropped off some laundry and when I picked it up today I was disappointed. First, i think some of my clothes are missing. And second, I bring my own laundry detergent for a reason. My skin and allergies are super sensitive to detergents. I asked the cashier how many pods she needed for my load and she said 1. I asked her multiple times if she really thought it only needed 1 and she said yes. When I picked up my laundry it reeked of some other detergent which immediately gave me a headache. I can't even wear the clothes. Putting them on intensified my headache and made my skin super itchy. Unfortunately, I don't think I'll be back.

I did not know what needed to be done to it, just that it did not fit quite right and I needed it done fast. She accepted and I made an appointment for the following day. She was incredibly kind, helpful, and reasonably priced. She made suggestions on what she felt could be done to the dress and I agreed (bringing up the shoulders and hemming it an inch). She gave me the price and told me I could pay upon pick up (both cash and credit accepted). I left it there on Tuesday around 1:00pm and it was ready the next day. She was very fast and the dress looks beautiful. I purchased the dress from David's Bridal and had planned to have it altered there, but they insisted that the dress would need to be dropped off over two months before the wedding. I was taken aback by this because it seemed like quite a long time especially because I was losing weight at the time and wanted to make sure it fit right when the wedding came. I have also had dresses altered there in the past and it has been very expensive. I am so grateful that I found Sandi instead!! She is absolutely amazing with her work, super friendly, and very well priced. I highly recommend going to her and I plan to go to her again for any altering needs in the future! Outstanding!

The worker, white blond woman was very rude, she even did not give couple minutes to take clothes from dryer because it was already 9. I downloaded the DASH app, and placed my order- you can enter everything from special instructions , or choose products/detergents if you don't supply your own. I left my two normal laundry bags on my porch, it was picked up and returned as expected, however they provided me with their 25, and 50 pound bags for future use! For about a dollar per pound plus a tip, I found it to be worth it for the speed of return alone. Then I started unpacking my bags and found they put packaging around all the matching groups socks (which I thought was cute!). Overall the neatness, and organization of the folding & packaging of clothing is worth the extra couple bucks until we get a new washing machine. Going forward this will be my go-to laundromat when I'm in need of one!

This is beyond ridiculous that a business that uses quarters to run their machines don't have any available. Their change machine is always out of order, or no quarters. This is very unacceptable, and not customer friendly. Do not bother going to do your laundry unless you have a bag of quarters with you. Save yourself the trouble and go somewhere that cares for their customers.
