Was it the most "business friendly" thing to do no... but was there a sign that said delken parking only... no not anywhere that I could see. So after breakfast my friend and I return to the car. We are just about ready to go and all the sudden we see this lady shouting at something. We look around so confused then I open my window and it's at me! She starts verbally assalting me about "paying customers" but little did she know I have been a former customer to get my dresses and formal attire dry cleaned. This lady doesn't stop even after I apologize and she takes it to the level to call me a "F*cking Dipshit B*tch..." yeah, she said that! I would never professionally handle people like that because you never know who you are talking too... like a paying customer. The lot was empty and I didnt prohibit any customers from a parking spot. I was so furious when this happened because she just lost a loyal customer. She takes it to a whole new level of harrasssment rather then handling it professionally and asking if I could park elsewhere next time, which I defiantly would if she just spoke to me about it! How hard is it so say "could you park elsewhere next time unless your dropping off clothing". It might be Delken Professional Dry Cleaning but they should get a name change to Delken Dry Cleaning because in NO WAY WAS THIS SITUATION HANDLED LIKE A PROFESSIONAL. oh and by the way... her mouth should be washed out with landry detergent with the language she uses. Lady take a breath... in the scheme of life this is so minor, over the top harassment just isn't worth it.

When I stopped in, I was told they don't do that. I should have taken my dry cleaner elsewhere but wanted to support a local business. This all started October 17th when I dropped off a silk Kate Spade blouse. A week or so later I went to pick it up and none of my items were ready, even though my receipt stated they would be by October 21st. The woman at the counter mentioned they were in the bags but hadn't yet been unpacked. I went back the following week and was told the blouse needed some extra attention. No one ever contacted me, I went back a third time to be told it was lost. I had to keep calling for any updates complete with the owner demanding to see a receipt, when I purchased it, etc. In the end, my $200 shirt was reimbursed *$40* because the owner felt it had depreciated in value. It was practically brand new since it was kept in storage (I recently lost weight to fit into it again). This is the most horrendous customer service I have ever experienced and cannot warn you enough to bring your dry cleaning to any other establishment.
