Use at your own risk. I was in need of an electrician to replace an outlet and look at a gfci in my…read morehome to get it up to code for selling it. Hire was the only place in town that had availability (now I understand why), so I had them send a guy out. He changed the outlet in my kitchen, which took him all of five minutes, so knowing that I was on the hook for a minimum charge I asked him if he'd look at a gfci that wasn't working. He hemmed and hawed and poopooed my request and left. Then, after my home inspection was done and the gfci was called out I had to have another electrician come out to replace it. Then to add insult to injury I didn't get a statement for two months, though a person did text me to say that the invoice hadn't been paid, to which I replied I thought I had paid it but would check into it, which I did and discovered I hadn't paid it so I promptly called to make payment. Not only did they charge me two months of interest, which I understand, but they added a $35 late fee, despite the fact that I explained to her that I had not received a statement prior to the most recent one. So, not only did their electrician not do the job I had requested but they failed to send a timely statement and then charged me a quite large late fee on top of it. My opinion is that they are a subpar business and maybe you'll get them on a good day and have a positive experience or maybe you'll get the technician I got who will do the absolute bare minimum, but clearly they don't give a damn about anything but their bottom line and clearly don't value return business by alienating customers.
