May 9th, I got a perm. Well, it was the worst perm I have had. I'm 59 I've had many perms…read more First, she rolled it, and then she said I always over saturated ea rod. I looked like a white Tina Turner with a foe it felt dry and crunchy. It's absolutely horrible. After many hair mask treatments by myself using Sally's bond bar products, I got softer. I sent the owner videos of my hair. She offered free treatment. I went to 3 different salons right after may 9th, and all 3 said it was over processed, brittle lots of breakage. I asked if there was any treatments that would fix it? Not really, it was to damage. As of today I have lost 50% of my hair. I would never go back or recommend them for perms.
