His attention to detail was excellent, not leaving one stone (turd) unturned. Joe took the time, while picking up my dogs waste, to educate me on the health hazards associated with dog feces. Gave me peace of mind knowing my dog will not contract a nasty parasite. Payment was easy because he took multiple forms of payment and did not charge an extra fee (some competitors charge for use of a card). I plan on having him come every two weeks.

I had to cancel a few walks due to my dog having diarrhea, and without any warning at all, Corinne said that paws and claws cannot provide services to me anymore. This is a horrific double standard. They told me on multiple nights that they cancelled services last minute due to walkers being sick, inclement weather, or transportation issues, but when I had to cancel last minute due to my dog's health condition, they stop their services to me altogether without any advanced notice. This is completely unacceptable and a total double standard. I want nothing to do with Corinne again, and will never speak to her again. I just feel terrible about this whole situation because the walkers are so nice and friendly, but can't be managed by someone who doesn't even understand the basic principles of friendliness and courtesy. I have spoken about this incidence with multiple friends of mine in Madison, who were shocked and angry and how unfairly I was treated.

Ok the winter was tough so I understood that they couldn't come out consistently. Once it warmed up however, it was me constantly hounding him to come out. I rarely got my 2x service and frankly I was lucky to get any service at all most weeks. My husband works from home and knew what service came to the house. Ben was not showing up. In July I gave him 2 weeks notice that we would not be using him going forward because we were moving out of state. He then questioned my move because "he didn't see a for sale sign in front of the house ". The absolute freaking nerve!! I told him that I needed him to come that last week and clean up because the rental company needed the yard back clean. We were gone July 26 and I asked him to go clean before July 31st. Guess what? No Show Ben didn't go pick up poop and my rental company took pictures of the dog poop along with a $50 fee to clean up what he didn't! For those of you that need receipts, I've got them and I'm attaching the pictures of my texts with Ben as well as the pictures from my management company.
