They told me on multiple nights that they cancelled services last minute due to walkers being sick, inclement weather, or transportation issues, but when I had to cancel last minute due to my dog's health condition, they stop their services to me altogether without any advanced notice. This is completely unacceptable and a total double standard. I want nothing to do with Corinne again, and will never speak to her again. I just feel terrible about this whole situation because the walkers are so nice and friendly, but can't be managed by someone who doesn't even understand the basic principles of friendliness and courtesy. Ok the winter was tough so I understood that they couldn't come out consistently. Once it warmed up however, it was me constantly hounding him to come out. In July I gave him 2 weeks notice that we would not be using him going forward because we were moving out of state. He then questioned my move because "he didn't see a for sale sign in front of the house ". The absolute freaking nerve!! I told him that I needed him to come that last week and clean up because the rental company needed the yard back clean. We were gone July 26 and I asked him to go clean before July 31st. Guess what? No Show Ben didn't go pick up poop and my rental company took pictures of the dog poop along with a $50 fee to clean up what he didn't! For those of you that need receipts, I've got them and I'm attaching the pictures of my texts with Ben as well as the pictures from my management company. Ppl suggested we bring her to daycare once a week. We tried out DHU and they really met her where she was at when she arrived. She was so scared the first day and barely left her crate. Now months later, it is INCREDIBLE how much she's grown. The DHU employees are so kind and worked so hard to help her come out of her shell. She now runs to the door once she knows we are going there!!! She plays all day and we feel so confident she is safe and loved while there. Wish I could give more stars.
