The Lawn Squad was phenomenal from start to finish. I've lived in my home since 2001, and my front…read moreyard and beds were long overdue for a makeover. My landscaping knowledge basically stopped at knowing I needed new sod, the old bushes removed and replaced, and some kind of erosion control along the side of the house. Adam, the owner, came out to give me a quote and immediately put together a thoughtful design plan--plants, rocks, mulch, sod, and everything else--while staying within my budget. Hardworking, detailed, friendly, and organized barely begins to describe Adam and his crew. Windy, the co‑owner and office manager, is just as impressive: easy to reach and quick to respond. The Lawn Squad truly rescued my yard and brought it back to life.

I've had some good interactions and some bad interactions with Flower Bed Creations, and am a…read morerepeat customer at two different properties I've own. I contacted Steve via text and via e-mail very courteously to fulfill the requirement of the warranty on a few rose bushes his team planted for me at our main home that never grew. Four of the ones that he planted for us died. He responded and scheduled a time to come and replace them. On the day he scheduled to come, he called and said that the roses were not in stock and would be the following Monday. I never heard from him the following Monday. His team them abruptly scheduled a date and time to come to plant something that I received via e-mail and didn't know on that date and time either, which was a Sunday afternoon. I kindly parked with flags the plants that needed to be replaced under the warranty from an over $1000 purchase I made on plants. The communication is subpar and I fear they do not want to fulfill the stipulations of the warranty on plants. Beware of this type of interaction and any promise they make on warranty fulfillment when you purchase services from this company.

I was so relieved when Metro Atlanta showed up and did an awesome job for a great price! The biweekly lawn service includes more than any other service I have signed up for - edging, mowing, bush trimming, and bagging sticks, etc. as needed. I have been using them for over 2 months and they have provided consistently excellent service. Not only do they show up when they say they will, but they also communicate with me regularly by sending emails or texts to check in on how things are going. I was able to meet Marian, the owner, to get a quote on some landscaping projects we have in mind and she was kind and helpful. We haven't moved forward with the landscaping projects yet but will definitely go with Metro Atlanta Lawn Care when we are ready to proceed. Can't recommend this company enough!

When I spoke with the owner and questioned the price, she went on at length about rising gas costs and the challenges of running a business. They charge $175 per hour and assured me their team works efficiently and doesn't waste time--but that wasn't my experience. In the end, I paid over $350 just to have my front and back lawn cut and some leaves blown, and the quality of work didn't justify the cost. Kids in my neighborhood charge less than $100 and leave it looking better than these guys did. When I raised my concerns, they completely stopped responding. Overall, the service was overpriced and mediocre. They know the work they did does not match what they charged me. And when I said something, they went ghost. No way I'd use them again.
