Black Friday weekend, finishing off some shopping, we came in here just to wander around a bit…read more Now, would I normally shop here, probably not. But, from the looks of things and advertisements they have hanging around about fixtures for sale, it looks like they won't be open much longer. That being said, there were some good deals to be had. As with any outlet, even if they are going out of business, you need to know prices, otherwise you may not be getting the deal you think you're getting. 25 - 50% pretty much everything on the store. We found a few things and felt like we got good prices on them. If you are looking for some nice displays/shelving, at $75 each it seems like a bargain. I won't go into a lot with this review since they are closing, but I would recommend going soon to take advantage of the good discount pricing they are offering.

I came here the other day searching for a few kitchen items I needed including a splatter screen…read moreand a hand mixer. I was coming here with the expectation that their kitchen products would be of a higher quality than that of say Wal-mart or Target. They didn't seem high quality or more durable to me although prices seemed higher. I couldn't even find the hand mixer that I was looking for. The store itself seemed overwhelming, crowded and lacking finesse because of it. They could definitely have less outside in the store, and more items stocked in the back in my opinion. So to sum it up, I wouldn't make a special trip out here just for them, but if I'm already shopping at the outlet I may swing by.

West Shore Home - West Shore Home's highly trained employee installers working on installing full house flooring.

First of all, I was a little disconcerted when I read the reviews of the "sister" company (West…read moreShore Windows & Doors), but my experience with the Shower & Bath side was pretty much the complete opposite. There were a couple of hiccups along the way (like, the salesperson did not show up on the original date set up for the presentation, but when I called the company that same night, they couldn't have been more apologetic and set up another appointment right away), so the experience wasn't "over the moon" exceptional--close, though. There was an abbreviated standard sales pitch, the difference being that they really went over and above to find a financing plan that was affordable. The product is outstanding; it is not an overlay, like from other companies, and it costs LESS than one of them! It has a lifetime warranty on product AND labor! It looks like I have a new bathroom at a fraction of the cost of a total renovation! The installer, John R., was professional, knowledgeable, punctual and courteous. He put down tarps from door to bathroom before he got started, so there were no concerns about tracking in dirt, etc. He cleaned up after himself when he was finished; I just can't say enough good things about the installation process. If you're looking for a new shower/bath, I'd advise you to call these guys, rather than any of those companies that only put a cover over the problem. You won't be disappointed, in my honest opinion.

This company came into my house and were nothing but pushy sales people and lied to me. Never would…read moreexplain anything in detail. It was all about pressuring me into buying and the more I resisted the harder they pressed. Very uncomfortable. They said that by law I had a few days to turn them down. But obviously that was just for the loan. They stuck me owing them around $5000. Even though the job was never done. I tried to call them to at least change the order and my phone call was never returned. Tried again later and my phone was blocked. But when I called from a different number I managed to get the answering service. Left a message and still no answer! Last time I dealt with such shady sales tactics was with a crooked car dealership. Do not trust them! It's all about the sale!

This project will be the third time I have renovated a kitchen. All the old cabinets and…read moreappliances OUT, all the new stuff in including appliances. I have never used Cabinets To Go. In the past I have used Home Depot. Overview: My wife designed the kitchen on graph paper to scale. This took her several weeks of redoing. This allows a creative process of knowing what you want prior to attempting to do this kitchen project. The People Matter: The manager of this store is Mr. Steve Colon. I met with Steve alone with my wife's drawing. He instantly went to his computer and did a CAD drawing of the plan. This also allowed him to do a 3-D drawing. Steve dealt with my family on three separate occasions for changes one prior to the order and one after the order was placed and paid for. Steve called the installer and counter-top folks whom were as professional as he was. These cabinets don't sell themselves, they need people to represent them. Quality of the Cabinets: In my humble opinion, taking into account the two previous kitchen jobs I have done (With Home Depot). The quality is very good. The price point is below almost anybody else. Here is how they do it. The cabinets are pre-made and inventoried in warehouses. Instead of custom designing all the cabinets and waiting three months to get them. The computer program simply uses the stock. This means, every color or style in the rainbow are NOT available. We had several style options, three color options and many stone top options. HOWEVER, if you want a special color, go to a custom cabinet shop and pay over 100% more. I know, I checked. Delivery: I choose the delivery option. It took 8-Days. No misprint, 8-Days. The delivery guys (two) were awesome. From truck to my living room in under an hour. Professional the whole way. Installer: Setup and paid for with "Cabinets to Go." The installer Joe Mascetti was one of the best vendor communicators I have ever met. I sent him pictures of the old unit, the plumbing and the electrical. He gave me exactly what to tell the plumber. His company will take out the old cabinets, put in the new cabinets in one day with a crew of 4-5. What is remarkable is from the time I get the cabinets delivered, to have them being installed is less then a week. Counter-Top Folks: This is always the issue. Not this time. Two days after the cabinets are installed, the stone counter top folks will measure the and template the quartz. All they needed was the brand and model number of the sink and facet (Purchased from Ferguson). Anyone reading this review would have to ask, what is this reviewer getting from this positive review. Not a thing. All I wanted was what was promised. I have to say one more thing. It was crystal clear from the time I gave "Cabinets to Go" my American Express that there was NO refunds. PERIOD, none. You pay in full up front for everything. SO, come in with a plan, measurements and be flexible on style and color. That is the key to this company. I hope my outline was helpful.

Update. I emailed "Molly" and received no response. Disappointing. The fridge came in and it's…read moreapparent that the rep mismeasured in two places. The fridge sticks out way further than it should from the cabinets. Also, it's evident that she mismeasured the cabinets for around the window as they shouldn't be that far away. See pics. In short, I've never done this before and was really relying on the expertise of the people who do this for a living. They failed me. They expected me to come behind them and second guess all measurements. And I know the response will be "but you signed off on the design". Yes I did, but just like getting an oil change, shouldn't have to empty fresh oil to measure to make sure the tech put the correct amount in. Summary: if you replace cabinets for a living, then possibly this company would work for you. But if you are a regular homeowner upgrading your kitchen, look elsewhere. The frustration and unhappiness in comparison to the cost is just not worth it. I wanted to be happy about my new kitchen, and unfortunately due to working with Cabinets to Go, I have nothing but regret. Too much money to be treated so badly. The installers were good in coming back to fix the scrapes in the floor and the sides of the cabinet where the shims were showing unfinished. Joe and Parker took care of it and I appreciate them.
