David at DC Roofing has been excellent from the start -- responsive, knowledgeable, honest, and transparent. I chose him because of his abundance of knowledge, strong 5-star ratings, fair pricing, eye for perfection, and his exceptional integrity. Since November 2025 he patiently answered all my questions and followed up regularly. He submitted our Collier County permit the same day I signed and sent the permit number to me immediately. The crew (all direct employees, no subcontractors) is outstanding. They're skilled, efficient, respectful, and keeping the entire jobsite very organized and well protected. Every area -- driveway, lawn, landscaping, and pool -- is carefully covered. There are photos showing the start of our roof replacement to the completed finish as well as the crew actively working and installing the new metal panels. His workers found that our roof had some loose and cracked tiles, and they repaired them for free. No charge for the estimate or the work. We were shocked and relieved since another vendor quoted us over $600 for fixing the tiles, and then another $4400 for additional work he said we needed. A total of over $5,000. David said we didn't need the extra work the other vendor suggested and had his men check to make sure. We highly recommend DC roofing for his integrity and customer service. All our friends and neighbors who recommended him had told us he was a fair and honest guy. We learned from our experience that he lives up to this reputation. When we have problems with our roof in the future, he will definitely be our first call.

A high pressure sales duo pushing a highly overpriced roof job that I didn't need (as confirmed by four other companies). I had asked just for a roof repair on Yelp of about 17 tiles and one skylight leak. They didn't even get up on the roof to see for themselves. I realized they were not listening and had a sales demeanor that I did not prefer. They requested to come in the house to "see" the leak which was not really visible, and it was puzzling they did not want to see the source of where the leak was coming from (the roof). They said I had enough pictures for them to get the idea? But it was clear they did not need to see anything, I asked for a written estimate, and after they left they called me from to sell me a new roof and they mentioned a new skylight too! But what was really shocking is I found after I pushed back and said goodbye went on to other things in the backyard, they got pushy and asked my wife to let them in to see the leak. Based on what I found on the security cameras, these clowns took pictures of other parts of the house's ceiling. Again they said they just wanted to see the skylight leak in the bathroom. Their false pretenses to put it mildly. One of them with his sunglasses on inside - claimed on the phone later -- some spots on the ceiling near air vents were leaks, total BS. Out of five bidders they were the only one that told me I needed a new roof and a new skylight. But they wouldn't put it in writing. And when I asked about their company, it just so happened they couldn't name a roof in my ZIP Code they had done. I never heard of them before and I've lived here 16 years. After we FINALLY got rid of them, I texted them asking if they got up on the roof and saw the 17 tiles for an estimate, but they insisted they needed to talk to me. Politely called back . They then tried to sell me on new roof and I then only gave me a verbal estimate for repair which was twice or more than any of the other four bids - and didn't even include fixing the skylight leak! Thus keeping the core part of the job subject to negotiation to any price - I feel bad for the victims they will get with this tactic. Avoid at all costs. these are the kind of companies that should not be on yelp. If I see these duo again, sunglasses make that unlikely, I'll contact the police. They were scammers in my experience, I can spot them having grown up in NYC. Don't be fooled, they have a gig going.

He was honest, congenial, and confident about Paradise's capabilities. His team did an outstanding job. They were very professional, stripped the tile shingles, continually cleaned the property removing debris, ordered the metal and completed the installation ahead of schedule. I met the local building inspector when he arrived to review the finished job and he commented that it was well done. They placed me on hold for quite some time and then the came back and said "due to the recent hurricanes", your warranty is no longer valid. The visit will cost $295 and then some depending on the circumstance. How can a roof company unilaterally negate a warranty, and then because of "recent hurricanes" (we do live in Florida)? I never got an answer. We have probably 10 houses on our block that had roof replacements through ABC and this is the gratitude and legal commitment given when we need them? So beware of doing business with ABC. There's clearly unethical behavior going on here, perhaps illegal and the market needs to be warned to steer clear of business practices like this
