I had a 2 hour window from 11-1 and nothing, no call, no email. So I reached out at 1:45 to see where they were at and they said sorry had something important come up and needed to reschedule. This was 45min past the 2 hour window in which no one contacted me to notify me they wouldn't be able to make it. Do not wast your time waiting around for this company as they obviously have a bad wrap for standing people up and not showing up. Definitely wouldn't want to give my 10's of thousands of dollars to a company that is poor at communication.

There are hanging tree branches and bushes and various other annoying obstacles for them to negotiate (bad neighborhood, intruder deterrents), and they do so without complaint. I especially appreciate paying after services are rendered, a pleasant change after I endured Clean Air Stapleton's ridiculous seasonal contract for five years...it demands 100% payment whether the lawn is mowed or not. I also get a confirmation email with my appointment time, and they text me when the tech is on the way to my house. The last time I had my sprinklers winterized, Jerry Piper himself came out, and it's nice to interact with the actual owners of the company. They have done my regular winter/spring work on my sprinklers, as well as repair them pretty substantially when I first bought the house. They do great work, definitely recommend.

The man who took my call was very professional and when appointment day came I was texted when the service technician was headed my way. A half hour later and on time he went right at fixing the problem- actually two repairs were needed but 30 minutes later he had everything fixed and was on his way. What was most impressive was he wasn't looking to add more time or parts to beef the bill up. The technician was prompt, honest, hardworking and very courteous. I used to use Swingle which wasn't bad but these guys are a cut above and won a new customer. Definitely recommend Piper Sprinkler.

Unfortunately, their work is terrible and prices high. They connected the drip irrigation system to the HOT WATER supply at my home. When I figured it out about 2 months later, they did come out to fix it. But the rest was also shoddy work: no valve box outside, just a cut out cover (I added white plastic "floor" in photo as a temporary mud/dirt barrior before replacing the whole thing), no water resistant connectors for the wiring, only one zone/valve for watering front and back (what they recommended, which I followed without doing my homework so partially my fault). As for the artificial turf, they didn't properly prepare the subsurface and so it remained level for only a short time and is now uneven, with some parts sunken in (hard to see in photo, so bricks are there to show slope of hole), and has wrinkled where the other turf has been pulled . They also put seam in a section that could have been covered with a single roll (see photo) but they didn't have sufficient material to do it right. Miserable experience.
