My absolute favorite spiritual shop in the area. The girls working are always so nice and friendly and I've never had any issues with feeling unwelcome. They have a great selection of crystals, candles, decks, books, altar cloths/materials, oils and herbs, jewelry, incense and resins, literally everything and anything you could need! And they're also the only shop I know of that regularly restocks the rose of jericho, so don't miss out on that! Since quarantine started I have not been able to get my spiritual supplies. I called Earth Roots, my call was received with professionalism, positivity, and detailed information. Some items I inquired about were uploaded from store to website that day just so that I could purchase them online!! To make my shopping experience extra special my purchase was delivered to my house the next day!!! The items were left neat and well packaged at my door along with a text informing me it was there. This store is pretty great little store. I love crystals and shells. The types of candles and oils are amazing as well. The honey with a real honey comb from here is really delicious. The woman who was running the store was Stephanie. She took a lot of time telling me about what the different crystals, herbs and candles did. Her mom did taro card reading for me, I think they do raking as well. It was kind of creepy how much she knew. I don't believe in that stuff but it was still fun. This store is okay. A very simple store and small. I'm used to going in the big stores. They have a good selection of things. I found different kinds of sage to burn. I was looking for Palo Santo and found that and I also found sweet grass. I was excited about finding those because that's what I went there for. The prices were pretty reasonable. Came in awhile ago to check out the place. I overheard that they were hiring so I asked for an application and they automatically said "sorry we're only hiring Spanish speakers". Right off the bat assumed I didn't. I just said ok and left. Little did they know I speak Spanish. Thanks for assuming instead of asking. Came in not long after that just to see what they had. Staff was extremely unknowable about the products they were selling and were just super dismissive of my presence. All I got was weird stares. Not to mention the prices are extremely high. It's okay because I found a shop way better than this one to work at one I can recommend Gems A Plenty in Upland. Would give 5 stars but I would say some things are unusually pricey. But other than that earth roots is overall amazing. I've always felt a great energy inside. I've came back multiple times and love it each time! Some of my FAV crystals are from here! They have a huge colored candle selection. I've got some holy water here as well. Their jewelry is so beautiful and of good quality. I've purchased multiple evil eye bracelets, crystal rings & raw crystal necklaces as well. The vibe from the customers is good as well which creates an ease while shopping. One time I will say though, a lady came in with her 2 young children and let them run around, yelling, talking rudely loud & touching everything and if I worked there I probably would have asked to tone it down a bit.
