Tony and Modern Desert Roofing were the clear winners based upon - Expertise for our older roofs, quality of materials suggested and thoroughness of their inspections and detailed quotes to include: Secure and mechanically fasten any unsecured metal drip edge, flashings, t-tops, pipe jacks Clean, scrape and prep flat roof, powerwash as necessary to achieve maximum coating adhesion Repair any damaged, cracked, blistered areas using APOC #264 and polymembrane Three course seal all pipes, penetrations and any scuppers with APOC #264 and polymembrane throughout Seal roof to wall connections with APOC #264 and polymembrane Seal any metal drip edge and three course seal where split or lifted Seal all roofing material at parapet wall lap seams and corners Seal the base of any existing ductwork and HVAC curbs as necessary with APOC #264 No other companies mentioned or perhaps even included this level of work. Were they the cheapest? No, but they were competitive and you get what you pay for. Also of note, Tucson Rubberized Coating who makes the product most roofers use, has them listed as one of their top preferred vendor. Modern Desert Roofing has done about 10 homes in our community so far, with more scheduled to follow. We ALL give them 5-stars.

Eli - great I just ordered them for you they will be here tomorrow. Listen Eli I know we just asked you to install two new toilets and didn't bother to mention that they had bidet seats that need power to them. (30 minutes later) Eli - I saw that, I already installed new outlets in each bathroom, we're all set. Listen Eli, I know you said we should get that built in icemaker that is 25" tall, but it turns out I got this one that is 33" tall. Can you figure out how to make that work. Eli - once again, got it done. I could go on and on, but I think you get the point. I see some of these negative reviews and it just sounds like they are reviewing the wrong person. I can't think of something large or small I wouldn't trust Eli with. Even the project we just finished which had a major hiccup when we found a cracked pipe in the second bath - Eli called one of his network of pros and they came out and took care of it. (See pic for the work they did!) It's ridiculous, the guy was basically our GC, designer, and life coach as well as the person who did the work! Special shoutout to Patricia who helps with the scheduling and is super responsive and super nice, even made us some nice candles and bath bombs for the new tub!
