Brisket Bowl (yellow rice, brisket, black beans, cilantro, sour cream, spicy, and sweet bbq sauce on top).
    Jaime-Lee B.

Earl's Slow and Low is the REAL DEAL! Glen, the owner, really smokes SLOW and LOW to ensure the meat is PERFECTLY tender! My "go-to" is the bowl. Yellow rice, topped with brisket, black beans, cilantro, and I ask for sour cream on top! I ask for a sweet and a spicy bbq on the side for the PERFECT bite. Their sandwiches, wings, and tacos, everything is SUPERB!

Very delicious food. I have only tried the pulled pork bowl for now twice but even so I'm sure everything is good. The gentleman who helped me was nice and had excellent service. They maintain a very clean environment as well felt very comfortable eating from this food truck.

We got the pulled pork sandwich, (the only tolerable item to eat) and the 2 meat combo with brisket & ribs. The sides were corn bread l, Mac & beans. The brisket was so dry, as shown in the photo and the ribs couldn't even been chewed off or cut off if we tried. They have two bbq sauces a smoked bbq sauce and a mustard sauce. No plain or basic bbq sauces. That could have made the pork a bit better. The Mac n cheese was good but came out cold. The beans tasted odd, then I looked at the menu and saw that they were vegetarian. Interesting. Lastly the cornbread... I couldn't believe it. It was soaked in some kind of hunny sauce. That was so sweet, if it was just the cornbread it would have tasted better. This is a hard pass. Sorry. Way too many places around to get good bbq.

He got the pulled pork with collard greens and beans. He liked it all. I tried his sides and they were great. I got the small brisket platter. There were only two slices of meat on the plate -- looked quite skimpy especially after removing the fatty edge. The meat was a bit dry and needed help -- by adding some of the sweet bbq sauce. I wouldn't order the brisket again. For my sides, I got the shells Mac n cheese. That was creamy. I liked it. And I got the sticky corn bread. That was a bit too sweet. I'd get it plain next time, if I got it again. We shared a sweet tea. I didn't care for it at all. There was so much honey flavor in it that it was almost thick and cloying. Not refreshing at all. I'd get a soda next time. For someone who loves sweet, I was surprised to ever find "too sweet" in my vocabulary. But I'd definitely come back to try the ribs or the pork. The pastrami sounds intriguing, but they don't always have it and it's not available on a set schedule. I asked about it and was told to call to see if they had it that day. But the lemony collards and beans will definitely be added into my future visit.

We were not aware of side dish options so he kindly went over options We did not go inside so this review is based on our to go order. However while waiting we looked inside & it looked inviting. It was just me & my nephew so our order was simple & small. We ordered the fried chicken combo with fries, roasted corn and slaw Menu states & waiter said please allow 20 mins for the fried chicken & it was 20 min wait We also ordered the kids meal with Ribs the sides were corn bread and mashed potatoes. My little nephew loved his rib meal. The fried chicken meat was good but it was the crunch outside that was a miss for me. The crunch was way overcooked almost had a burnt taste. I'm sure there's some that would enjoy this type but I didn't care for it Perhaps our next visit we will be a sit down meal & I will update my review

Parking was right outside the restaurant. When we entered, we were told to choose whichever table we wanted. We selected one that wasn't directly under a blowing air conditioner vent. After looking over the menu, we ordered. My husband chose a bowl of the Brunswick stew, and I had their funny bones. The Brunswick stew was served in a very large bowl. He added a piece of cornbread on the side. The stew had corn, tomatoes, and pulled pork in it. He said it was okay, but he's had much better. I ordered their regular size portion of funny bones. It came with corn bread and a choice of one side. I chose baked beans as my side. I've had the funny bones before and have liked them. They are the irregular pieces left over from the ends of a rack of ribs. Usually, they are tender and excellent tasting although in odd shapes. These were so tough you couldn't pull them apart. They tasted like they were old and had been laying around the kitchen. The beans were okay. They don't carry a "sweet" version of a barbecue sauce, so I added a packet of sugar to them, and they were a bit better. The corn bread here was soft and fluffy -- more like a square of cake than bread. It was just okay. I'm glad we came to try them. Now we know.

Our server, Teagan, was very friendly, efficient and a good server. We ordered the Onion Tower as an appetizer. It was delicious. I ordered the "Boca Raton" burger, but I substituted the meat patty with a veggie patty. The "Boca Raton" came with grilled onions and your choice of cheese. I chose American cheese. This sandwich was DELICIOUS and was cooked perfectly. I also got a side salad with blue cheese dressing. It was a fairly basic side salad and was good. I definitely recommend Lindburgers Wellington.

I had some special instructions for my order, including ranch on the side and grilled chicken instead of fried. While they accommodated the ranch, they didn't sub for grilled chicken, but it was still tasty. My dad ordered the Lindy Wrap and my mom ordered a turkey burger. The wrap was delicious and the turkey burger was big and cooked perfectly. My niece and nephew ordered from the kids menu and their meals were big portions. For a total of five meals, it was under $85, which is very reasonable. We'll definitely be ordering again or dining in.
