All-around wonderful dining experience at Earls Kitchen+Bar. We came in around 3pm on a Monday afternoon for a late lunch, just in time for Happy Hour. The happy hour menu has a lot of food and drink options. And it's not just small bites. They offer quite a few mains off the regular menu at lower price. We decided to start out with drinks and fries for the table. The yam fries come with a garlic aioli, but make sure you ask for some of their amazing homemade vegan ranch! I'd bottle this up and take it home with me if I could. For my main I went with the Ahi Tuna Poke Bowl. The tuna was fresh and this bowl was huge and super filling. Our server Sam was super accommodating, attentive and friendly. I love servers who genuinely enjoy answering food and drink questions. She took great care of us and was even able to handle our, often obnoxious, banter and jokes. I also really dig feel of this place. The modern decor and abundance of plants gives it a welcoming and hipster vibe. I highly recommend this spot for the great food, cool vibe, and wonderful service. read more

Food was ok, portions were very very small wings look like they came from a dove lol service was great ambiance was nice very comfortable

Came for a lunch meeting and ordered the Ahi Tuna Poke Bowl. The server was warm and friendly and the food came out reasonably fast. A good spot for a meeting. read more

I guess chaos attracts people. That is the only justification for this place's existence. The food is decent, if you can get it. As other reviewers say, service is sketchy. I ordered mother's day dinner on their web site 2 hours ahead of time for my mother. They still couldn't produce the food. At all. A very long line and not enough kitchen staff. I really find it hard to believe that a restaurant that has been in business this long can't perform on one Mother's Day Sunday. Won't make this mistake again. Look elsewhere. read more

Some restaurants will go the extra mile for their customers. Unfortunately Earls wasn't willing to go a few steps for us. It was about 7:15 pm last Monday and the patio was about half full. They refused to seat us in the patio because would be too much work for the servers to keep the patio open. So we went across the street to the Keg - they let us have our choice of tables on the patio and provided excellent and friendly service. read more

The place is huge. We came here to meet Cory's pitching coach on Christmas Eve...They were open till 4pm...so that was nice of them... There's a dining area....and a bar area... We picked the bar area...as it's more hip and cozy. I wanted to get the Albacore Tuna Sashimi Salad... waitress whispers to me.. "to tell you the truth...that's not really good"... Honey, i love your honesty.. Thank you. Because if i got it, and it ended up BAD...(coz i know what Tuna Sashimi should taste like)...it would have been returned back to the kitchen. and i would have been so upset... She suggested i get the Santa Fe Chicken Salad instead... and i was impressed with the taste...the chicken was tasty..but a little on the dry side. The greens were not as fresh as i wanted them to be, but it was edible enough so my hungry tummy devoured it. Cory got the Bacon Cheddar Burger...it was dry.... and bland. Cory said he used to like that... not really sure why. it wasn't all that... and we honestly have made an even tastier and juicier burger at home. ambiance is good.... bathroom is pretty and clean.... read more

Earls Kitchen + Bar - Bar.... - Canadian (New) Near Me - Regina, Saskatchewan

Still expensive compared to nearby competitors, Brewster, Original Joes, even Chop Latest insult to the Cdn beef industry had me prickly when the waiter started bragging up Kansas beef. I interupted and said the more he went on, the more likely I was to leave. Had my cajun chicken and hot potato salad fix and slunk out read more

I like Earl's in general. I find they tend to do a great job across the board. It's not your top-end place, but I think you get a decent helping of "upscale" for a reasonable price. I often have the Hunan Kung Pao. Love it. read more

Went for dinner, waited 30 min for order to be taken. Appetizer and enteees were as described, ordered Sticky Toffee Pudding for dessert. Very disappointed to learn Earls is passing off chocolate cake with a chocolate caramel as sticky toffee pudding, sell it for what is is. read more

Terrible service. Won't be back. Had to ask and wait for all basics like plates, cutlery, napkins while food sits, no one cleared previous courses despite request to do so, had to arrange our own cluttered table when inexperienced teens brought food and made us accomodate them, cancelled dinner drinks that never came, they came 20 minutes later anyways. The underlings running food while waitress chats with tables system does not work. Manager resolved by taking 2 alcohol free drinks off the tab. read more

Everything was delicious (vegan tempura schroonami bowl, chicken street tacos, pizza and vegetable tempura) and the portions were ample. Great happy hour menu (raspberry mojito) and the cheesecake, which isn't my favorite dessert, was excellent. Last but not least, the service was the best. Drew was fantastic and the manager too! read more

The food was decent but not as good as other Earls locations. The decor of the restaurant is really nice. However, the service was not great- servers were not well informed of the menu and not very attentive. Would not come back to this location. read more

The service was mediocre at best. We sat on the restaurant side patio and waited approximately 20 minutes for just a salad. It was difficult to even get the attention of our server. After having a short conversation with her, we found out she was the only person serving on the patio--an area in which there are 18 tables (and all of them were full). The manager was incompetent of the entire situation, extra hands were required for this busy time. read more

After trying Truffle Fries for the first time in Vegas, I am on a quest to find the best Truffle Fries in Regina... and Earls seems to be one of the only two places in the city where they are served. The restaurant side is clean and modern with a good view into the kitchen to see all the action. We went super early in the afternoon so it was quiet with super quick service. We each ordered Truffle fries and an order of Calamari to share. The fries were okay, but not the mind blowing taste explosion I experienced in Vegas. Would I try them again? Sure, if they end up being the best that Regina has to offer. The calamari was crisp and tasty and I would definitely have it again. read more

Came for lunch. The place was packed and super loud. We were seated and given menus then promptly forgotten. 10 minutes passed and I tried to flag a server, then 15. Then I was able to get the busser who was clearing the table beside us to find our server. Fish and chips were great, not too greasy and light batter. My mother had the clam chowder and salad. Overall food was good. Not outstanding. But service was awful. Even after the lunch rush cleared out we sat and waited to get the bill. Our coffee and water was never refilled. read more

When I get picked up at the airport, this is a regular meal spot, before heading out of the city. In general, my main comment is that it is consistent. I enjoy the food. Right sized portions and can usually find something interesting for under $20. I have tried a number of things on the menu, but the last two visits I ordered the Chicken & Field Mushroom Fettuccini. That is unusual, since I am not a pasta guy and am often disappointed when I do order it, but I find their mixture of noodle to parmesan cream sauce is right for me. Definitely the food and location brings us to this spot. The service is competent, but often semi-disinterested. And with the way it is built, it can be noisy, which can make it hard to visit. Would be surprised if my last visit is my final visit. read more

Earls is a great place to hangout with friends. Their staff is very friendly and polite. They even ask you if you have any food allergies. If you're a sushi lover, you must try their Mango Dynamite Roll: I think it's even better than at any sushi place. The menu is pretty standard, they did add some new items there though. Drinks are expensive here, so keep that in mind if you want to have a drinking night out. read more

Earls Kitchen + Bar - Earls: Shrimp Gyoza, new item on the menu, and it's pretty good. - Canadian (New) Near Me - Regina, Saskatchewan

The food was amazing. Totally recommend this restaurant to everyone. Sam was super nice :)

I have been to Earls on South Albert probably 20 times over the last few years. The quality of food matches the price you pay for it. You can expect a good tasty clean meal, prompt and professional service. Great for business meetings or relaxing after work. read more

Earl's has been on South Albert Street for years. A great place to go for drinks, appies or a meal. The food and service are consistently good. As this is Regina, there are somewhat limited choices for more "upscale/trendy" dining, so this location is almost always busy. Sometimes a bit of a wait for a table at peak times, but there are spacious lounge and dining areas, so you usually aren't waiting for long. read more

My last visit was for drinks after work. It is clearly a popular after work location! The bar was full and the staff was friendly, but very busy. There is a good selection of wine. If you are looking for a place to unwind with some music and the buzz of a crowd...this is a good choice. I would suggest getting there early. read more

A good safe choice when visiting Regina (assuming most of the people who are in Regina are just visiting). I usually sit in the lounge which is quite nice however the dining side is not bad at all. For any Star Wars enthusiasts out there, the lounge bench tables are awfully similar to that F'd up bar where Luke and Obi Wan meets Han Solo & Chewbacca. That alone should be reason enough to check it out, but wait! The food is consistently good! When I say "consistently", I mean that you could pretty much go to any Earls in the country and the meal will be presented to you exactly the same. If you find yourself looking for that, go for it. If I'm in town for a week, it's pretty much a guarantee that I will do Earls at least once. 4 stars (may the 4th be with you!) read more

I like the non-alcoholic coolers & calamari at Earl's. The food is pretty consistant and not bad. The decor is classy. What I dislike is: the loud atmosphere, the very scanty outfits the majority of the waitresses wear, If you aren't ordering alcohol the servers are much less attentive, The prices for meals are rather high. I do still go to Earl's about once every six months, but the salmon sushi rolls have been taken off the menu and that was the menu item I usually ordered...so I am less inclined to go there now. read more

Service was near non-existent. We weren't even once offered refills, weren't brought salt and pepper despite requesting it and had to borrow from another table. First time I've ever been to a restaurant where we weren't asked how we were enjoying the food. Meals are extremely overpriced considering the quality (or lack thereof). Would never eat here again, or recommend to anyone else. read more

I don't usually submit restaurant reviews, but after my last visit to Earls in Regina I felt I had to. First, the food was up to its usual standards. I ordered a steak, and it was cooked properly. The sides were good, and for the price it was a decent meal. It was the service that makes me want to comment here. When I arrived, I was seated in the lounge area. I waited there for a longer than normal period of time before any serving staff came to my table. The lounge was not even half full so this was not normal based on my previous visits. I ordered a beer to start, and that took quite a while to arrive. Approximately 15 minutes. I think I was on my second sip of beer when the steak arrived. The waitress stopped once to ask how my meal was, and that was last time I saw her until I was done for the evening. I finished the steak and beer and saw my empty glass sitting on the table for about 10 minutes. One of the bartenders from behind the bar came and cleared the plate away. At that point, the waitress actually reappeared and asked if I wanted dessert. I politely said no, just the bill please. Then she disappeared again. 20 minutes later I finally had the bill on my table. I had my credit card ready to go when the waitress said she would be back with the machine. Another 15 minutes past that, I had my coat on waiting to leave. The bartender who cleared my plate away eventually came with the machine to take my credit card. It was clear that he was looking around the bar to see where the waitress was. I paid for my meal and added a 15% tip suggesting to the bartender that he keep it. This restaurant was a usual stop on my business travels, but I will struggle to go back After this experience. read more

Food was good but took about 45 minutes to get to us. The restaurant was not busy. Our waitress had friends at another table and when we asked for water she talked to her friends for 20 min then got us our drinks. When we asked for our bill it was another half an hour. Horrible service. We watched her stand around and talk to her friends before getting us our bill. I will not be back to the south location read more

service is terrible, he hates his job clearly. the chicken tenders were bland and wouldn't sing happy birthday to the birthday girl. :(

Amazing flavourful food, and excellent staff! Loved it and would recommend it! It's a sporty place but you can request a table away from the TVs and have a great meal! read more

I am a regular patron of Earls, and regularly I have nothing but good things to say. Unfortunately, my experience this evening was less than desirable. When I went to pay my tab, there was a chip error that resulted in me accidentally paying for the entire table; not an issue at all. Where the problem stuck was how the server dealt with this, which was by rudely throwing a $20 bill in my direction and walking away, assuming that this gesture was sufficient in alleviating the issue at hand. Despite my bringing to her attention my concern about having paid twice for the people at my table who had already satisfied their tabs, I was met with an unwelcome attitude. I mentioned this to her manager and was immediately confronted by her. I have, until this point, been a satisfied patron of the establishment, however, I am disappointed by the conduct of my latest server. Mistakes happen, and I have always been completely sympathetic to the challenges that face the hardworking individuals that makes this establishment run. That said, the manor with which I was addressed in the current circumstance was less than acceptable, and I hope that my next experience is less hostile and aligns closer to the Earls experience to which I have become accustomed. read more
