When I was there, I personally did not see any visible sanitizing process. I saw the piercer remove the jewelry directly from the bag, and from my viewpoint, it did not appear that it was rinsed or sanitized in any way before being used If the business is certain that their sanitizing procedures were followed and are confident that the cameras would show this during both my friends & my jewelry change, we request that they share the footage with us. If the video clearly demonstrates that we are more than happy to take down or update our reviews. Lastly as of today my friend has a small bump on her nose at the site of the piercing which is why we felt it was impotent to speak up about our experience.

I was greeted by the nice lady in the front who helped us pick a nose ring. My review is mainly for the piercer, when I sat in the chair, he didn't greet me and I saw him grab the jewelry and rinse it under the faucet for 2 seconds. He never washed his hands and he put gloves on dirty hands. He then proceeded to remove my current jewelry, and never swabbed my piercing hole with anything. He just began placing the new ring which I never saw him sanitize. Through out the whole process not once was anything sanitized. He also seemed off like he was a drug user. My friend had the same experience and also co firmed she never saw him sanitize anything when he was servicing me. NEVER AGAIN, I regret coming here. I hope I don't get infected.

Toni (Weds-Sunday), the manager, was so kind and did a wonderful job. For their first haircut, you can get a haircut certificate, a photo and a small lock of hair. She was very calm, gentle, and he was easily bribed into watching the iPad the whole time. They have several there for the children to use. They also have small children seats with seatbelts, and they give prizes and lollipops at the end. My only qualm is that the booking system is kind of wonky, it's hard to change appointments or know which hairdresser you're getting if you're booking an advance. I think if you just book a same-day appointment, it is much easier.

The stylist listened and gave us the exact haircut we were looking for. We didn't get the stylist's name, but she had straight, dark hair and was so good with our little guy. When I said I was planning to get my nose pierced in solidarity and to ease her nerves, they counseled me to do her piercing first, because sometimes seeing the process can add to nerves rather than ease them. Appointments were easy to schedule online, and we booked with Dee, who was fantastic. Very calm and patient, explained everything she was going to do and talked us through it as she went, helped us to breathe through our anxiety, and then it was over. So fast, just a second of discomfort, and my daughter is thrilled with her new earrings.

He initially said that he would be in by 2, but didn't end up coming in until 4-so we went to a cafe to kill some time. I got both my helixes pierced, the piercer did tell me that I could change out my piercings after a month, but uh they were still really fresh and I had to go to another place to have them reinserted. The place I went to advised that I actually wait 8-9 months before attempting to change my helix piercings. Tattoo Zone is fairly small, sharing the space with 1-2 tattooists.
