Contracted Crocodile's Drywall to remove popcorn ceiling, and paint walls. They agreed to move…read morevertical blinds and furniture and paint while we were gone. They put our furniture and blinds in a pile on the deck with a tarp over it. The blinds were ruined and they promised to replace them. After over a year of waiting for the blinds that were picked out and supposedly Crocodile's Drywall (Stephanie) ordered... she said they were out of stock. Asked to see copy of receipt (to show that they ordered them) and notification that they were out of stock - but never received them. Gave her another option for blinds and she said that she was unable to order them. I ordered them myself a week later- they were in stock. We had withheld $500.00 from payment until we received blinds but it did not cover the total cost of the ruined 2 large sets of blinds and they refused to pay balance of $150.00 (which was a very discounted price). The ceiling repair is chipping. They asked multiple times what color and what sheen to paint the walls. We told them "eggshell" both by text and e-mail. They painted it "Semi-gloss". They said they matched the color of the old paint can as directed. The paint can had "egg shell" clearly written on it. It was a Very Frustrating experience from start to finish. I Don't recommend using their company.
