Dr Danielle although pleasant iis extremely unengaged and inconsistent especially with following up on Pt care Donna one of her appointed lead staff members has promised to call me back since October of 2021 regarding pricing on a unresolved treatment plan for restorative work . I am still waiting to speak with Donna. I have called the office four times since October 2021 and have not gotten a resolution or price regarding my treatment plan. I was offered three different prices and each time Donna saids I will speak with Dr. Danny and get back to you. Never received a call from her yet as to date. after severe frustration I called my insurance company a PPO to find out what services were provided and what was being done because no one explained anything to me in the office. I was told no exrays were sent in with the treatment plan they sent to insurance and because oIf that my claim was denied. I then called and spoke to Amanda although very helpful she stated she would get back to me in two weeks it's been a month in a half already and I'm still waiting for a call. So therefore I scheduled an appointment first off let me say I've never been to a dentist office where they have more than 1 doctor. Staff pretty much sucked no personality barley like to talk besides a few. I paid oop due to the fact my insurance didn't cover.. if we fast forward to the time I had the root canal in about April I went back a month later because I was still having pain, come to find out the lady that treated me no longer worked there ... hmm that's weird.. so the next person gave me antibiotics because he said it could be infected... went back a week later and still in pain they didn't take any new X-rays or re check the root canal he basically told me to go to a oral surgeon and get an Apicoectomy there might be something " they can't see " never provided me with 1 I was stuck finding one myself and come to find out they had a oral surgeon that worked at that office. Never called me once again to ask how I was doing or again checked the tooth again.... From that month until about September I've been suffering with pain from their poorly root canal job which they left a nerve still alive and they would've known if they would've re opened the tooth.. I don't get back money nor time ... but they did call me to see if I wanted to come back in for my yearly cleaning... my insurance is currently requesting Information from them and they won't respond.. needless to say pls save your time/money and not go here if I could give negative or no stars definitely.
