I put my dentist and complete staff up against yours for the win ! I set out to go to a dentist that could give me a treatment plan to fix all the little things that have come up over the last few years that I have avoided. One fill in and an implant later we are just about done. On my first visit i got a cleaning, ex-rays and a full dental plan. Also they were very detailed in the cost and plans to get it paid for that worked for you. Every appointment I felt like they made significant progress in knocking something off the list and there was no time wasted. My past dental experiences were all like you need this and that and we will do it " next time" or they spread the work out over a ton of appointments that never work with your schedule. Here I can get in on a Saturday, and if they have time they do all they can to get me taken care of. My husband and I are now clients and my son goes to the pediatric dentist downstairs. I have had a temp crown ( fit great and stayed on), a perm crown that is great, an extraction... no pain and the after was very manageable, cleanings, and x-rays and once everything is perfect I will likely try a whiting service ! So the kid had a reaction to the Novocain so I call the dentist and ask what should I do ? My kid bit her cheek so bad from being numb. They said don't worry about it. Rinse the mouth with warm salt water or warm water and peroxide. I should have just brought her to the MD. Ridiculous. Now she has an infection and is on antibiotics. I am very surprised that there are so many bad reviews for here. I've been coming here for years. I just had to re-schedule my appt. today and had no problems. I've had 2X/year routine cleaning with X-rays, filling, and a crown. They over-charged me 1 time because I changed dental plans but gave me a check for a refund on my next appt. I used to dread coming here for a couple of year because they had a dental hygienist (Puerto Rican lady) who was always angry at me because i didn't floss and stained my teeth with coffee and tea. Luckily, a younger and nicer (Asian lady) hygienist replaced her and everything is better. I still drink coffee and tea and she doesn't yell at me. Driving into the parking lot may be an issue because I have to make a left across 2 lanes. read more

This office looks like it's state of the art but that is for general dentistry not for implants!!! I'm at a year now with its if sick days and pain in between with no resolution in sight they aren't even apologetic or looking to please they are just waiting to get me to go away. Dr. O has been my primary dentist for at least the past 10 years. While going to the dentist has always been traumatic for me, I have always been made to feel much more relaxed with all my procedures. They are always prompt and polite. It took me almost two years to realize that this office is very incompetent. So, I am spending the time now to write this review and save all of you out there some time and nerves. The staff is unapologetic for their own mistakes and they don't try at all to accommodate the patient. After showing up for a scheduled cleaning today, they told me that I actually can't get the cleaning done because it's before the cleaning due date. I wasted a day of work to commute to their office just to be told that they can't get anything done. Why did they schedule it in the first place, is it so hard to do your work well?! They could have saved me a day of work and money, but instead of apologizing for their mistake, which their rude "office manger" named Vickie claimed it wasn't their mistake at all (preposterous!) one of their equally rude dentists told me that it's best I leave. It's dumbfounding to encounter this kind of behavior at a dental office where they should put their patients' needs and concerns first, they should have admitted their mistake and should have been very apologetic to at least just appease me a bit (rule #1 for customer/patient service). Obviously, I won't be going back. They have been rude in the past and they have overcharged me for procedures well after the procedure was done claiming it was a mistake in their system (again office incompetence) and therefore I got a surprise bill months and months after a filling and after first telling me I won't owe them anything after the insurance coverage. They also sold me MI Paste for sensitive teeth (after convincing me that I won't be able to get it without a prescription and outside of a dental office) for $40 and hours after buying it I found it online for half the price. I was a fan of only one of the multitude of dentists that work at their offices (inconsistency in sending patients to the same dentist is also one of their fortes) Dr. Joseph J. Olechowski, he was kind and actually really good at his job, the rest of them including the main dentist are rude, very harsh with their hands when performing their work, and insensitive towards patients. I hope you save yourselves some trouble and not go to this dental practice. There is a flagged review on here that coincides with the true behavior of this office, please read that as well. Well when we first started to go there I thought great office nice people that lasted 3 months. I will never go there again they have no clue what goes on. My mouth is worse off now and I had to go seek out another dentist to fix the problems totally created by this office. They left my husband literally without teeth and all they are interested in is making money, which would be fine if the work was actually good. The entire staff is friendly, courteous and make you feel relaxed and welcome as soon as you walk in. They are always on schedule and I never have to wait. Dr. Olechowski is excellent. I love this dentist for many reasons! The hygienists are so nice! No matter which one I get, they always engage in conversation, always have a smile on and are very gentle when cleaning my mouth! The doctors are even better! The receptionists are extremely friendly and accommodating. I have never had a problem on the phone with them or making/rescheduling an appointment. The reminders through text and email are VERY beneficial. I never wait past 5 minutes after my scheduled appointment so they are very punctual. The office is well-kept and has a "homey" feel to it. This is the best dentist I have ever been to. Like most people I usually do not like going to the dentist and avoid going. The staff are friendly. You can feel that the staff like each other and get along. That goes a long way when working in a small office and each patient will appreciate the positive vibes when walking in the door. Called today for my son who is 7. He was playing in yard and fell. His permanent front tooth is loose and bleeding and I was told "Sorry we are leaving early today" which i totally understand, But to tell me they had no time to check him tomorrow! ATTENTION ALL! Stay far away from this clinic if you have to see Dr Dena Constandelis!!! She said I needed a root canal, so I went thru with it! The most horrible experience of my dental life! Temp crown fit bad, permanent crown fit worse and each time they said it was because I was numb!! Here is the kicker--- when all was done and I am leaving the chair Dr Dena says to me 'oh I couldn't get all the root out because it had calcified. It may cause you problems down the road'. well that is what happened. This week I had problems, went to another dentist. He took xrays and was dumfounded to find A METAL FILING LEFT IN MY ROOT!!! Clear as day on the xray. The only way to remove this is to do oral surgery through the side if my face!!!! I have no choice but to endure all this pain because of this Dr Dena's gross incompetence! And she totally lied about it instead of owning it and offering to fix it! My current dentist said unfortunately for them I do have a winnable case!! My attorney has been contacted and so will they. I am sueing to the wall with this. The entire office including Dr Dena were watching tv alll through my root canal procedure. BE AWARE AND DO NOT USE THIS PRACTICE! read more

I am waiting for two implants but he had to add bone first so He had to make me a flipper. I have had a flipper before and could not wear it. I do not even know I have it in. It looks great.
