Everyone from the front office to teachers to coaches to extra-curricular leaders are available, approachable and know our children. I am confident that the education that my children are receiving at Hudson will prepare them for the rest of their lives and a successful future. The Teachers on the other hand are very hit or miss. The good ones are very good, the bad ones are very bad. Both the Principal Jane Lee and one of the vice principals Annamaria Mazzaferro were caught taking photos of both Students and Parents for seemingly no reason. The school needs a new principal and one new vice principal to replace both Ms. Lee and Ms. Mazzaferro. I have also found this school to take little scuffles such as pushing to be a bigger priority then racism.

The smaller class sizes make such a difference. The teachers truly know their students, and the additional support teachers are incredible. There is a level of attention, encouragement, and investment in each child that is becoming increasingly difficult to find. What I appreciate most is that the school combines genuine care with high expectations. Our children are loved and supported, but they are also challenged and held to a standard of excellence. They are being taught to work hard, grow in character, take responsibility, and become the best version of who God created them to be. The community is incredibly close-knit, and the events, performances, and school productions continually blow us away. You can see how much thought, work, heart, and excellence the teachers and staff pour into everything they do. And for our family, having a strong Christian foundation is invaluable. In a world where children are exposed to so many competing messages, knowing that their education is grounded in biblical truth, faith, character, and strong values gives us tremendous peace as parents. This isn't simply a school our children attend. It feels like a community partnering with us in raising and educating them.
