After she walked away, another nice young lady came up and asked "how can I help?" She said that she could do a package via FedEx to Round Mountain, only to have the grumpy lady yell from across the shop, "you have to use US Mail!"... anyway, I sent it via FedEx and it arrived in 3 days. I feel bad for the young lady who helped me as she was getting chastised as I walked out the door... UPS has pulled their operation out of this joint and rightfully so. Can't see using them for anything.

I was flying out of Reno the next day and was rushed for time to get these shipped. I went on Yelp and found that there was a location not too far from my hotel. I had about 10 minutes to get there, and when I went up to the door I found it to be locked. As I'm standing there with the boxes in my hand I was about to turn around and walk away, when I saw a gentleman approaching the door. I was about three minutes past their closing time and the owner let me come in, and he was able to tag both of my boxes with shipping labels. There are some places that would shake their head and say "sorry but we are closed". I just needed a charging cord but witnessed him helping someone in shop on their laptop with a virus or something and he was so very helpful. He will let you even try the cord to make sure it works ok in the store since some brands are picky on after market items.
