This still did not fix the problem so reported it again and was told someone would come out again. Then began weeks of appointments made and NO SHOWS, having to call and text to get someone to come back. Suddenly, one morning that someone was again to come by, was told the fix was out of the scope of their work and then had the nerve to blame me and obsolve themselves because I agreed to replace the vents. I called a professional to assess a problem of banging on the roof, which I have no expertise, and was told this was the solution, but now basically being accused of calling to report rusted vents. So 6 weeks later, including several sleepless nights due to the noise, am out $600 for vents that might not have needed replacing in the first place and did not fix the problem.
