I am a resident of and love the Management and Leasing and Maintenance Team here. Lovely Apartments and Animal friendly. I have a service animal and am disabled. I love having elevators. We have great entertainment and other amendments. A 24- hour Huge well stocked Gym, An olympic sized Pool, etc. The team with new manager we call "Chevy" helped with an issue I had recently and resolved it favorably very quickly. Our resident neighbors and Dogs are friendly and don't aggrivate me. The Balcony is a wonderful feature for me. Again, I stress, the team works to resolve ANY issue quickly. We have new management and agents, who are working diligently to upgrade any pic you may see on here, as the trash issue. It is taken care of . Thank you and join us ! Tanya The camera's and Luxor package room issues are being resolved and the pool was religned in 2022. We now have a playground and Dog Park thanks to the NEW MANAGEMENT. Upgrades are constantly being made in past months this new team has been on the issues. Laundry rooms have been revamped, media room and clubhouses is being remodeled as we speak. read more

Rita Flagg is completely incompetent at her job. She has allowed my car to be illegally towed while I was away and I am a handicapped woman who cannot afford to get it out of the tow yard. There was no notice and she lied and said it had four flats when we went to the tow yard and took pictures of it without having flats. She told me she would call me THREE DAYS ago and I still have not gotten the call and now it's the weekend so my car has just been gone for about two weeks now and the price just keeps going up and up at the tow yard. Screw this place. The people that work here are AWFUL. I called the main office 12 times and out of 12 phone calls TWO of them were answered. These people are completely incompetent and unempathetic towards the handicapped. They hound you for payment on the first of every month but they don't do anything to keep your property safe in the parking lot and they don't give a d--- about stolen property. It sucks that we have to renew our lease because I'm too sick to go anywhere else right now but the second I'm well enough to, we are so out of here. read more

Remove premier parking and have security up by visitors parking. Would probably help from all types of people coming in .

How can this place get even worse? It's dangerous, plenty of residents feel this way, and management doesn't seem to care. Lots of places you can fall and genuinely hurt yourself, while security doors are often broken, breaking the law therein. read more

Aside from the trash and roaches they stole the rest of my security deposit without giving me a reason. It's been over a year, they won't work with me, they won't talk to me. They just took my money and are now ignoring me. They are real con artists through and through. PS - The state of MA claims it's a civil matter and won't help. Most lawyers won't help you with a $500 security deposit, so they can just steal your money without recourse. read more

Very disappointing. I've only been living here for 3 months and they vandalized my car, breaking my mirrors and puncturing my tires, I went to the office to talk to the manager Collen and they didn't give me any solution, they just said that there are no cameras around the buildings and that I should go to the police to make a report. What do you mean, a condominium of this size where we have to PAY to use a parking lot that isn't even private to us, doesn't give us the minimum security that they should be obliged to offer? Eagle Rock at Metrowest is a DISASTER. As much as the quality of the property and the quality of the people living here has decreased since Covid, I never could have imagined how much worse it would get since Eagle Rock took over. The manager who transitioned from Bayberry into Eagle Rock quit because it was a never ending battle with tenants who refused to follow the rules (smoking everywhere on a non-smoking property, trash everywhere except inside the dumpsters, increased rodents and increased cockroaches, multiple full building cockroach treatments last winter, but the cockroaches are back, trash in the hallways, broken screens and broken doors, stolen package). It's gotten worse ever since she left. She worked her butt off! The current had a maintenance works seven days a week picking up trash after the disgusting people who live here. He shouldn't have to work that hard! I'm sure they don't pay him well enough! we are on our third manager in about one years time. We had no manager on the property all summer. And one of them lasted only a week when he got here in August. The current manager seems like he's really trying but he has no idea what he stepped into. He's been here maybe two or three weeks. Best of all- if you go to the website, only the positive reviews from Google and yelp are showing up on those property website. Budget prices? I laughed at that lie! Clean and nice? Clearly they mixed up the property they are talking about. None of the negative reviews that I'm seeing here are on the property website. I'm pretty sure most of them are fake because they're calling the property clean and nice. Completely not true! And anybody who posts on the Eaglerock Instagram account, anything negative is deleted. And they do not respond to any messages. Residents are resorting to contacting them and posting and tagging them through Instagram, because they literally will not give out names or emails or phone numbers of anyone at corporate willing to problem solve with us. read more

Escribo esta resena en espanol para que mas personas tengan acceso y sepan lo asqueroso que es vivir en eagle rock. La verdad da pena pagar mas de 2000 dolares por una propiedad tan sucia, con un staff tan negligente (lo digo por el manager y la chica recepcionista hindu) y con constantes amenzas. Dure 2 anos viviendo en este conjunto, cuando llegue estaba lleno de cucarachas, y aunque se hicieron una supuesta limpieza hasta hace 2 semanas vi un raton en el pasillo. He visto y experimentado de todo: condones sucios en las escaleras, ollas con comida, alfombras que nunca limpiaron en 2 anos, me tolearon mi carro por no tener un sticker que solicite 3 veces, cuando llame para saber donde estaba mi carro me dijeron que se lo habian robado. En fin.... antes de mudarme lei todos los malos comentarios y pense... agh la gente esta exagerando, bueno en realidad no estaban, este conjunto es una completa basura y ojala nadie tenga que vivir aqui nunca. h Eagle Rock what a nightmare. I lived here 2 years now- first 6 months was great, then they removed the trash rooms that I was told would be on my floor in my lease. Next my car was towed from a spot with white lines during a snow storm that for the past year I have seen someone parked in everyday with not a tow truck in sight- I work til midnight and constantly need to park in the guest lot due to them not inforcing parking (so what am I even paying 15$ a month for?!) Laundry machines never work and when they do my clothes get ruined- the card machines been cash only for 6 months and no one seems to care to fix it, the dryers cost me 12$ sometimes just to dry a small load. Now the real kicker- I found out people with renovated apartments have been paying less or the same as me for months now! when i tried transferring to a new renovated one I was given the run around the office had no answers/ wrong answers/ days to respond. Now i found somewhere new to live and am told im going to be charged for 60 days due to lack of notice- I never said id renew and made it very clear i did not want to stay in my current apartment ...and you need 60 days to renew soooo regardless theyd charge me 2 months extra for nothing. I do not see the logic at all. Neighbors complain of mice and roaches. I have found dead roaches in my laundry from other units- gross. Was going to stay out of convenience as i work close and would only be moving stuff to another unit and new company maybeeee they would fix some stuff? but thank god I dodged that bullet. I told other residents I am friends with and they said if my issue is not resolved soon they will also not be renewing.They need to do some work and show to some compassion for their residents and show they care about keeping them. Also cops constantly around fire alarms get set off at all hours every week so if you have a child or pets be weary. read more
