It was easy to schedule an appointment via text, followed up with regular updates and clear pricing with estimates. On the day of the appointment, I even got a link with updates on the arrival time! Nick was courteous, methodical, and thorough, going far beyond a simple vacuum of the dryer vent. Quags takes apart pieces of the dryer to make sure that there is no lint collecting in undesired places, does a thorough cleaning of the hose and the vent, and looks for any parts that need to be replaced. Payment via credit card was really easy. All in all, I am thrilled to have Nick, as part of the team that helps take care of my home! I would recommend Quags to anyone.

I called back to schedule my bulk pick up for 7/11 and was told it would cost me $75. I then received two bills in the mail from them. One was for $71 dated July another was for $121 date June. This was clearly a mistake as my services didn't being until July. I had to call this company to clarify at which point I was told it was a billing error and I was only responsible for the $71. My trash pick up is scheduled for Tuesdays. I put my bulk and trash out on Tue 7/12. The bulk was picked up however my trash was not. I again put my trash and recycling out. I would rather put my garbage on my back and walk in to the dump in 100 degree weather than use this company.
