I went to go get my nails done by eagle nails and I came out with the opposite of what I wanted. My nails were shorter than asked and also uneven if you look at the middle finger it was at an angle very noticeable. I asked for almond shaped nails. Overall just unhappy and too pricy for what it looked like. First time I have ever written a review, needed to let everyone know that you should avoid Eagle Nails if you want what you asked for. Very overpriced, horrible quality. read more

I went to a nail salon call eagles nails and u picked a color. Th when the man began polishing my toenails after he soaked my feet he proceeded to polish them the color was thick he left paint on my upper toe he never got rid of the excess paint I said well he will fix it but he never did. I dried my tires went home when I took off my shoes the paint had came off. I called the next day told him the paint came off and I needed them fix. when I called he said come in at 12 so I did they tried to paint my toe nails with the same polish I said No that nail polish is no good I am picking another color she too told me $10. I said $10 to change the color that's crazy. I won't be back here she shrugged her shoulders like she didn't care and I told them I will be calling my friend too and tell her not to come. They treat certain people better then others and that's really shame if you don't look like you will be spending money they do a horrible job on you!!! smh read more

I went to Eagle nails to get a simple removal of dip powder with tips. The lady who did my removal had little to no communication with me during my time there. She brought out a bowl of hot acetone and it was steaming and very hot. I put my hands in and it was so hot I couldn't leave them in there. I proceeded to pull my hands out. She then came back over and said "oh its hot?" And after I said yes its too hot I would like it to cool for a second, she proceeded to push my nails back into the bowl, when I already told her it was too hot. Then I didn't end up with a full removal as my tips were still on my nails when I left. I have a picture of right after I got them off. I was not very happy with my service. read more

They aight. A lot of the gel colors chipped off is less than 24 hours, some under 5 hours and I had to keep going back and back again.. Ugh. Staff is nice and considerate at least. read more

NEVER go to this nail salon. i went in here and got my nails done yesterday and existing acrylics were cut with nail clippers entirely too short then scraped off with a scraper. i told her it hurt and she did absolutely nothing about it. she then glued on new nails, that were way too big for my fingers and filed them down on the sides which cut my fingers up. the whole process was painful and unprofessional. she then did put on my polish which has many bubbles and particles inside of it. she did the french tips which turned out very messy and is very smeared all over. paid $74 for these nails!! after i went home i could barely use my fingers to do anything because they hurt so much. i went back in today to ask for a refund and i told them to take them off and they refused to do either. they kept saying they look very nice and they are okay. i told them NO. they are not okay they hurt and don't look right and they refused a refund or to fix them as they would be "too hard to take off". very very disappointed with this experience. read more

The staff here is great. I made an appointment for a manicure and a pedi on the 24th, in the mean time I had scheduled another activity that day. so when I came in I told Ben I couldn't do both not enough time and I would come back Monday for pedi. he said you got plenty of time, so I got my pedi and was running awful close to my time line and said I couldn't now stay for manicure I had to leave by 3. I wish I could remember her name but she said I got you and did a great job and got me out of there on time. I love this place read more

I've been here 4 times. Usually my nails are $40. Today the lady there charged me $60. I didn't get anything special and the extra $20.. was her ripping me off. Every female I have shown my nails to..has agreed. Why do this to customers? I will not go back after being over charged for no reason! Very unprofessional!! read more

I am not from town and came to this salon on a recommendation, so I expected better of the service. I had called ahead and was told they had no wait. When I got there, I waited an hour before being sent to a chair. I was a walk-in, so I tried not to care too much. However, they started working on a family of 3 that came in a half hour after me, BEFORE working on me. They didn't have appointments either. Also, during the time of waiting, I heard them coerce another lady into a $10 upgrade of gel powder instead of acrylic, despite her saying no SEVERAL times. I also heard another lady say the position they were holding her leg was painful due to arthritis SEVERAL times, and the man working on her toes ignored it completely. By the time they had started to work on me I had almost given up hope and was about to leave. Performance wise, they did an ok job. I would have given them more than 3 stars but the service out rules quality on this one. My nail tech seemed rushed, barely talked to me, and I've honestly had much cleaner, sharper jobs done. I got a full set of pink & white acrylic nails. Also, I don't know what the difference was from but when I called they said the price for pink & white was $45, but when I went to check out it was $54. I would have rather paid to go to a spa salon where I would be treated with care instead of what I got from Eagle. I hope they treat their regulars MUCH better than this. Updated: I edited this to give them another star. It's been 3 weeks and my nails still look great, no lifting at all. Overall, I really like their quality, just wish for better service! read more

They got new owners, waited over an hour when my appointment was at 2, the sides of my nails were uneven, acrylic all over my fingers, some were round some where sharp like coffin, didnt do anything I had asked. Even others were getting very upset and one girl even refused to pay full price for hers because they were that bad!! if anyone knows where Ben and his wife went please share with us!! I rarely do a review unless it was really bad or exceptional. It said walk-ins okay and I've been walking in for years. I don't know what happened to the people who used to own this place but they are not the same and I was treated really rudely when I walked in they told me it's going to be 15 minutes. I sat there for a half an hour and watched the girl accept an appointment and told her a half hour on the phone with me sitting there. When it was time to get my nails done I had some old lady with a cut off shirt sleeves rudely come up to me and tell me I needed to make an appointment for tomorrow that she does not do fill nails. This was after I sat there for a half hour. When I told them or ask them did they not want me as a customer she pretty much said no and told me it was okay for me to go and that I needed to make an appointment for tomorrow. I needed my nails done before tomorrow otherwise I would not have been there today. I must say I don't know what happened to this place but I would never go again. They're rude and nasty and I have no idea why I was treated that way. I am a good tipper and I am always nice even when my nails do not turn out well. I'm tired of being treated like that by nail salons because they think that Americans are stupid and we will pay anyway and accept being treated that way. You can hear them complain about other customers right in front of you. I would not recommend this place and I wouldn't go there if I were you. It is time for me to start standing up for myself and you should do the same. There is no excuse for them to have treated me that way. I have always been a good customer and have never said a word and tipped even when they made me bleed. Enough is enough, I think they all need checked for licenses as I have a feeling they all do not have them. How can you not know how to do a fill and have a license. read more

Eagle Nails was purchased about a year ago by a different group. They are fantastic!! So attentive and my mani pedi looks great! I'm so embarrassed by a corn on my left pinky toe and the gentleman who gave me the pedi was super understanding about it. He even pared it down for me!!! My nails look amazing and there are tons of colors to choose from. (I went with bright orange!) The staff is so kind and polite! The man that one of the reviewers is referring to is no longer there. He helped me about two years ago and that is when I stopped going to Eagle Nails. Now that there are new owners and staff, I'm back to this being my favorite place!!! after waiting for 40 minutes in an empty salon, another lady came in and was placed ahead of me with no appointment. i was told to wait 45 minutes. i did, and my nails were horrible after leaving. i showed the artist the picture of what i wanted (simple coffin matte black) and that is not what i was given. the acrylics are very far from my cuticle and look as if i've had them on for weeks, not an hour. the polish is chipped and uneven and the acrylics don't cover my entire nails. service was horrible and they look trashy. i was then charged EXTRA for something i did not get. horrible. read more

When I first started going here last year, it seemed like a nice little salon for a simple set of acrylics or a pedicure. I usually went to Mia, because she's really the only one who knows how to shape nails. Went to her a few weeks ago and I don' t know what happened. She was very rushed, and she did a horrible job on my nails. She was rough with that file, she didn't push by my cuticles, and she did an awful job. There was acrylic all over my cuticles, the nails weren't even shaped, and she slapped on the polish. And it was a Sunday, and they had a DOG in the shop. Hello? I mean, he was a cute dog but I'm pretty sure that's against health codes. Anyway, I won't be back. I would expect them to do a good job for frequent customer, but after that experience, no thanks! read more
